“I have just built the Dolls House, largely by myself. The instructions were fairly clear and the end result is just as it looks on the box. I am very pleased with it, but glad I constructed it before giving it to my granddaughter as it took a couple of hours and concentration! The quality is very good. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of delivery, as well as the competitive price. Well done Cottage Toys, I definitely recommend you”

“I was a little nervous ordering on this website as I had never used it before but wow! Even during postal strikes my item was sent out to me rapidly, arrived lovingly packaged and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I will definitely be back to shop from Cottage toys again as they have the cutest collection and service is amazing. Ps, this was a Christmas gift I ordered and it was the cheapest on price compared to all of the other well known sites, don't sleep on this one!”

“I bought the items for Christmas presents for grandchildren. They are really lovely and I know that they will be well loved. No problems at all with ordering and items themselves. But thankfully they were packed in a heavy cardboard box as delivery from DHL as appalling and box was left outside in pouring rain. The driver lied about it being signed for and the fact that I had changed the delivery date to a more convenient day was ignored.”

“I rate cottage toys highly as a small company . However DHL delivery has been a problem. There was someone in the house at the time of delivery yet the package was taken to a drop off point. Then it was signed for by someone else and taken. So I never received the package and missed the toys which were a gift. So no toys and no refund. Currently awaiting DHL response”
