“Everything went smooth. Couch pick-up was easy. I left it in the driveway and they hauled it away during the time frame we agreed on. I had it covered with a tarp because it was sprinkling, and they left the tarp on the porch as my note requested. I thought they would call or text 30 min before based on the email confirmation, but they didn’t. They did email when they arrived, which I didn’t see until later. It didn’t matter since I didn’t need to be available, but that info might be important to someone reading this.”

“Employees were extremely courteous and professional. 4 stars only due to the fact that I was not provided the 30 minute “heads up” that they were on their way as my confirmation stated. Other than that, very pleased with Couch Disposal Plus.”

“Thorough communication. Were accomodating when driver had a flat tire. They were able to reassign and complete the pickup.”

“Good service and friendly staff. Only reason for not getting very good is that the pickup was rescheduled near the end of the pickup window due to vehicle issues which wasted a majority of my day waiting for the pick up.”
