I was given a window of 4-8 pm for my sofa to be picked up. No one ever came. I tried calling them multiple times, but only got through a couple of times to speak with a representative who couldn’t give me any information about what happened. I told them that I needed the couch to be out that night because there was a new one being delivered the next day. They said they would “try” to have someone come the next morning, but I told them I was working the next morning and no one would be there in the morning. There was no resolution that day. I’m had to have my son drive for 2 hours to be at my home in case they showed up the next day. Someone came the next day. They sent me a 10% refund, which is an insulting amount, given their utter failure to provide their service that I prepaid for. On their order form, they say that if there is any delay with service, I would be notified 24 hours earlier, and this never happened.

We have had a horrible experience. The Loader who picked up the furniture has scratched the floors horribly and has caused over $1000 in repairs. We want our money back and to file a claim but I can't get anyone to talk to.

This is the worst place and they are scammers! Do NOT use them! I booked for a window between 4-8 and they called me at 4:30 to tell me they weren’t coming. I needed my couches removed asap since the new couches were coming the next morning. It was THEIR cancellation but they only refunded 50% back. I’m doing a charge back.

Terrible customer service. Waited over 6 hours and drivers never showed up. Kept making excuses why they were late and then never shows up at the end. Customer service refused full refund so had to do charge back. Never use these scammers!

They kept robocalling to postpone pickup until we eventually cancelled and they kept 20% of the payment. Seems like a scam, can’t recommended

Awful. Canceled on me two days in a row. Just kept offering to reschedule. Completely lost faith in their ability to even show up let alone get the job done. I had to be out of my house the next day. Awful Awful company. Don't put your faith in them. Pay the extra 20 dollars for the company that will actually show up to get the job done.

The rep showed up in a plan old pick up that couldn't possibly hold all that I had scheduled to be removed. I thought I was contracting with a furniture recycler. It looks like the old mattresses, couches and furniture are just going to the dump. Full regret I re-read the main webpage. The language about how disposal happens and pick up times is all so ambiguous and noncommittal. I gather that Couch Disposal +, err rather "Loadup", subcontracts to anyone who applies and operates more like a GrubHub type company, but worse.

Absolutely horrible service. The movers showed up more than 2 hours late. The mover was some random person in a pickup truck who brought his buddy to help move the couch. In the process of moving the couch they damaged our wall in multiple places. When you try to call it is just an automated line and you cannot actually speak to anyone. Do not use this service it is cheaper for a reason!

Every day around 6pm we would get a automated message saying they had to cancel. Happened three days in a row. Finally we canceled and got a refund. And had neighbor take furniture away in his truck to local dump

Unprofessional and rude customer service. The worst service I've ever experienced using a removal service. I had a pick-up window between 8am-12pm and the driver didn't arrive until after 2pm. When I called at 12pm the driver stated he need to pick up his trailer and would be there by 1pm. Never showed at 1pm and I called again and this time he sent a text stating I was on his time and would be there about 2pm (I even saved the text). I was never rude with this individual but that was very unprofessional by stating in a text that I was on his time especially when my window was 8am-12pm. So I had to wait over 6 hours for him complete the job. This company was the cheapest I found and I guess you get what you pay for. They definitely need to improve their logistics and customer service skills. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you prefer snail like service and rude drivers.

My couch was not removed the day I scheduled it for. The team who was supposed to pick it up called me and asked if I could help him carry it to his truck. Then after that, the company would not work with me to get a replacement out that day. They told me there was nothing they could do. Overall very disappointed with my experience.

These people couldn't hire someone in Portland to remove a couch. They didn't bother to tell me that they didn't have it figured out until I chatted in to check on the status. When I asked why I wasn't told until I reached out. They apologized. Complete joke and waste of time and money. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

Paid for the service where I did not have to be present at couch removal - Put Couch on my front deck and mentioned I would be at the residence in the morning cleaning if they needed help carrying couch. They showed up at 11:56 in the 8-12 window when I had already finished my cleaning, calling and asking where I am to help load the couch - Driver hung up on me when I told him I was not there - got the Runaround from customer service saying I offered to help and their driver is alone because other person called off sick - they tried to to blame me for this issue and were very demeaning in how they talked through the situation. They ended up picking up the couch somehow and only confirmed it when I reached back out because they ended our conversation saying they couldn't get it. They said "Yes we were able to get the couch without your help" just very childish and not professional response. Bad experience and will not be using them again

Scheduled pick up for between 12 and 4 with a promise of a text update. No text no pick up. Tried to call and got left on hold then disconnected. Sent email and left voice message with no results. Terrible customer service. Terrible service period. Just had hip surgery and had to move couch to deck by myself to make room for new couch.

WORST service provider!! They didn’t show up in a window. I called him and he said he still needed another few hours. After waited for 5 hours, another few hours...Ridiculous. I called customer center and he said he couldn’t guarantee the arrival time. Wait, then why they offer time window? I patiently wait during a 5 hours window and still they couldn’t make it. Just get rid of the time window and say sometime on this date.

Terrible service, lack of professionalism and work ethic. They cancel on me the day before my moving date and I have to constantly follow up to get a refund! If I could give 0 star I would!

0 stars. Scheduled day came and went with no response to calls or emails. Then they rescheduled on me 5 times. I issued a charge back on my card. I am amazed that this terrible company is still in business.

Tl:dr Didn't show up on time with no contact, rescheduled for next day but "may not come, and will have to cancel" and even if they cancel it themselves, will still charge 20% for the service that WAS NEVER PROVIDED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We requested a couch and dresser removal for july 21 8 am - 12 pm. No one ever came. We never received a call, email, or any form of contact whatsoever to explain why. When we called to ask, they said they didn't know why, but could try to reschedule for the next day. They went on to say that if they were still unable to come the following day, they would have to cancel entirely. When we asked what it would mean for us if it was cancelled, we were then told that we would have to pay 20% if it was cancelled more than a day in advance and 50% if it's the same day, even if they're the ones to cancel. Most utterly ridiculous business practices I've ever heard of, and completely unprofessional.
