“The coordination and setup with the company was phenomenal. The driver was late arriving. However, once he was here, he was courteous and professional - a nice guy. I would use this company again.”

“First scheduled appointment was day before Thanksgiving, and I received no call or email that the driver was not able to pickup. After I called about it, they rescheduled for following Monday and 2 drivers picked up on time. They were very nice and efficient.”

“They came in the window of time on the day expected and got the job done efficiently. They did not call ahead as we were told they would. The general presentation of the pick up people was not quite as professional as I would have expected, which reduced my confidence in the transaction.”

“Rather than a company truck with a couple of men arriving to pick up my sleeper sofa, Andre arrived in his small truck to do the job by himself. He managed to get the sofa down three flights of stairs with two tight turns with only a couple of nicks and rubbing marks on the wall. While Andre was very friendly and got the job done, I don't think sending one man to do a job better done by two is advisable.”

“We had an old couch and a loveseat that we were replacing and the Couch Disposal Plus company was reasonable with the cost of removal. They came within the scheduled time frame and picked up our couch / loveseat. We chose the Couch Disposal Plus because of the recycling and donations to charities. It was easy to use the website for estimating cost and scheduling.”

“Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 is because the movers that came left behind 2 couch cushions and 3 couch pillows. They were all on the couch/loveseat when they arrived.”

“Not very good only because I seem to end up at or past the end of all service window times, as I did this time. Otherwise, movers were both expeditious in removing heavy and cumbersome items and were careful not to damage walls and floors.”

“Everything went smooth. Couch pick-up was easy. I left it in the driveway and they hauled it away during the time frame we agreed on. I had it covered with a tarp because it was sprinkling, and they left the tarp on the porch as my note requested. I thought they would call or text 30 min before based on the email confirmation, but they didn’t. They did email when they arrived, which I didn’t see until later. It didn’t matter since I didn’t need to be available, but that info might be important to someone reading this.”
