The company was unable to find a loader to pick-up my sofa after several attempts even though the order was place 3 weeks in advance for the Seattle area. The company charges upfront and then uses local loaders (if they can find one willing/available to take the order). I give them a bonus star since their customer service was polite and responsive and they did promise a full refund.

They arrived within the window and called before arriving. The 2 people who came to remove the item had some difficulty getting out the door. They banged into a couple walls and took some paint off walls/railings/doors on their way out.

My initial window was 12-4pm. The driver called at 3 and told me he was behind schedule because of rain and would arrive "around 4pm." They didn't arrive until 6:30pm. They moved the couch out successfully but being 2 and a half hours late makes it impossible for me to recommend your business.

The contractor for Couch Disposal Plus canceled on me the day of, and then after I rescheduled they missed their 4 hour window by 2 hours. I've been trying to get a partial refund (just like $40 back for all the finagling I had to do to make the rescheduling work out with my job...) and the manager will not call me back. Emails keep bouncing back. Do not use them.

Where to start? 1. My pick up was rescheduled 3 times (throughout 2.5 weeks) 3. The first reschedule was made via text by the driver simply saying, “I can’t make it today.” 2. When I was promised a second delivery between 4-8 pm, and no one came, it was up to me to call the company to ask what’s going on. When I did so, I was told the driver had requested off and, due to an oversight, no one realized my order would go unfulfilled. 3. When someone finally came, 2.5 weeks after my originally selected pick up date- and past 8 pm, it was one person with a small car, (when I noted the couch was a 2 piece sectional). 4. My husband ended up helping the single delivery person bring our couch down three flights of stairs. 5. The single driver informed us that he is sent out to customers when the Company has a last minute order that they forgot to fulfill in the normal course of business. I do not recommend this sham business.

I paid to have a large couch and chair removed from my second floor apartment, and the driver showed up with a truck but no second mover saying that the second mover didn't show up, so because I needed the items out of there that day I had to help him carry everything down in the middle of a very hot day. The whole reason I paid someone else to do it was so I wouldn't have to, since it's not an easy trip down the stairs, I could have done this myself with a buddy had I known I would have to step in to help out. The driver then asked me multiple times if I wanted to help him out the rest of the day because he needed a second pair of hands -- I stayed home from work to make sure this went smoothly, and ended up having to do it myself anyway. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Our pickup was scheduled for a 4 hour block from 12 noon to 4PM. Our driver did not show up until 9:05PM. We had to keep calling to make sure that someone was going to pick up our couch since we had other furniture arriving the next morning. The driver was pleasant when he arrived and they took the couch quickly, however the wait and lack of communication was very frustrating.

My pickup time was 8-12. At 12:15 I called and asked when I could expect the driver. The woman I spoke with told me she would call the driver, get status and call me back. An hour later, when I received no call back. I called again. She apologized and said that a replacement driver would be sent. They sent one guy, he arrived at 4:30 with his own pickup truck, which already had a large sofa on it. Thank god my husband had arrived home from work or else the poor guy would never have gotten two sofas in his truck.

They were scheduled to arrive between 8 & 12 but the driver called about 9:30am to say he was having some issues and if was it ok to come between 1pm-2pm. At 2pm still now show caller driver says he was about 20 mins away. We waited still no show he did not finally show up until 4PM!!!
