Hour and a half late. Scratched my floors. Took their sweet time. Would never use again.

I have tried three different times to submit a review or contact customer service--with no response yet. Though my pickup guy was nice and did his best, I'm nonetheless completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I had a pickup scheduled last Saturday for a large two-piece sectional. I paid extra for the couch disassembly service. So I was surprised when the pickup team arrived and it was... one guy! For a large, two-piece couch with disassembly! In a third-floor walkup! The guy did not disassemble the couch and tried to drag it out himself. I ended up having to help, and after 30 minutes of pivoting, we finally got both pieces down the stairs. I was sweaty and sore. I'm completely confused as to how I paid $150 to have someone else move my couch, only to have to do a large part of the work myself. Moreover, even though I paid for disassembly service, the guy didn't disassemble anything! The larger piece of the sectional was disassembled to get it INTO my apartment, which is why I paid to have it disassembled to remove it. Yet this did not happen. I did not get what I paid for. If I wanted to move my own couch out, I could have bribed a friend with beer and pizza for a lot less than $150. If I wanted to try to move the big piece of the couch without disassembling it, ending up sore and sweaty, I could have done so myself. I paid you guys so that I wouldn't have to, but I had to anyway. I'm completely dissatisfied and think I deserve a refund for this service. At the very least, I need to be refunded for the disassembly service I paid for, as--again--no disassembly occurred!

BUYER BEWARE!!! - I placed my order to have my items picked up on Friday, December 20th in the afternoon. On Friday, I received a call from Couch Disposal+ that the driver's helper was not available and the appointment was rescheduled for Saturday morning. All the time during the call, the customer service rep was stressing that they wanted me to have the best possible experience with Couch Disposal+. The crew did not show up until 2:00 PM on Saturday. They drove an unmarked van and had nothing that identified them as being with Couch Disposal+ . Totally unprofessional organization!!! I will not use them again.

I gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Horrible experience. I made an appt online to have a sofa hauled away. Received a confirmation msg shortly thereafter. Moments later I for a call that went like this: We cannot make the scheduled appointment but we can come 4 days later. No problem, please refund my fee and I will find someone else. Sorry because the appointment was canceled you have to pay a 30% fee. Wait, you canceled the appointment, not me. Sorry, that's our policy. Luckily I paid through PayPal and I knew they would handle it. Later they called back and said they could come later on the day I needed them. That works, thank you. Day of the removal an older woman and her son arrived with a pick up truck and a trailer. Apparantly owning a truck is the only job requirement. They could not get the couch down the stairs. My husband, who was recovering from cancer surgery, and I helped the son carry the couch down the stairs and onto their trailer. Mind you, we paid extra because we have stairs. The service was horrible from beginning to end. But I am pretty sure the company doesn't care.

I scheduled an appointment for pickup of my old furniture on Friday early morning (like 2:30 am). I selected the available time slot of Saturday morning, paid the amount and went to bed. Friday morning at 9 am i received a phone call letting me know that my time slot was full and the earliest available time slot was Tuesday afternoon. I asked why the website would have it available only a few hours earlier when now it is not only over booked but full for the next 4 days. I was told that the website does not update their time slots based on availability. I know...WTF??? So i proceeded to let her know i was receiving furniture Saturday afternoon and would need my furniture out by Saturday morning the latest. She said she would let someone know my situation and see what they could do and would call back. A littl e while after i hung up, i called back to ask if they had any availability on that day because i happen to be off. I was told no and nothing could be done until Tuesday. So I told her that wouldn't work for me and I would have to cancel. I was then told i could get a 50% refund. I told her i would not pay for a service that i did not receive and did not cancel because of any fault of my own. She said someone would review my case to see if i can get the full refund. She also said she would make me a priority and someone would def get back to me within 24 hours. As you probably guessed, no one got back to me. So on Sunday i had to pay $30 to stop payment. There are so many other horror stories that you won't see on the website but they are on the Better Business Bureau's page that I have also complained on.

Ad says couch removal Bloomington Illinois. Called, employee was very rude, said we don’t pick up in Bloomington Illinois and hung up.

I couldn’t have had a worse experience with this company. I had a 8 AM- 12 PM window. I was notified that they would be delayed. When they were delayed for a while longer, I tried contacting the driver more than once who never returned my calls. I had to call the hotline and wait on line to get any answers. Finally, they arrived and said that they had to cancel because they couldn’t find parking within one block. This is NYC - why would you advertise here if you can only park within one block? I then had to personally call and request a refund because they already charged me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a morning appointment from 8 a.m. until noon. I called three times. They arrived at 4:30 P.M. An Entire day wasted to pick up one couch. Very disappointed.

I google couch disposal and find couch disposal plus. Set up a pick up online for my couch. They call on Friday to move my pick up day for their convienience not a big deal. When the driver shows up and sees how big the couch is he is clearly not expecting it but tells me to leave it out and he will take care of it. I then get a call from Atlanta telling me this is my fault that’s a sectional not a couch (which I understand now). The issue is my fee more than doubles. Y’all were able to call me for your convienience but don’t have the detail orientation or customer courtesy to confirm what you are picking up. Y’all are literally terrible. Literally my job is to deal with upset guests but when your rep told me this was my fault I lost it. If y’all took 5 minutes per guest to just go over a few small details this could have been avoided. On top of that no apology or empathy whatsoever.

I don't particularly like writing bad reviews, and when I do I try to be objective, just the facts. It's a little hard in this case. I paid this company to haul away a sofa and two love seats. They do state that if the person doing the hauling away determines that the items are in a state that they don't want to deal with, they won't haul them away. No refunds. I figured there was a good chance with one love seat, it had lived in the basement for awhile. And the other has a lot of cat fur on it. I took my chances. They showed up on time, got the big couch out quickly. The back comes off to make moving easier. One of the love seats does the same. The guy asked me where the others were. Looked at the one in the basement, then he went up, took the back off the upstairs love seat and took that out to his truck. At that point he told me that he would need help getting the other pieces out. He would call me back, to let me know when, but it was likely to be about 45 minutes. Fine, things happen. He had been gone for 5 minutes and my phone rings. It is the company he works for telling me that he wouldn't take them away. Now keep in mind that he had already taken part of one of the love seats away, he had no problems with that. And he looked me in the eye and lied to me. Just flat out lied. If he had said "it's messed up" I would have not been happy, but I would have accepted it. It's in the contract. In the meantime, I am missing part of the love seat, so if I can get it cleaned up, and I expect to, I don't have a complete unit. During the call to say that I was out of luck, I requested that he bring the back of the love seat back. Which he did ... he dumped them on my porch and left. I called and complained, of course, because you do. I asked if I could get the love seat cleaned up if they could come back and get it. I was told that they would see, and would call me back, but seeing how that guy was the only driver they had in Ames, it was unlikely. Yeah, the only driver. Where was he going to get help from? Two hours now, no call. I don't expect one. If they had taken the big couch and said, to my face, that the couldn't take the others, this would be a 3-4 star review. I would have stated my disappointment, but left it at that. As it is, I am out a 100 bucks, I have a lead to get the last two hauled away, which will probably cost me another 100 bucks. So, buyer beware. This is a company based out of state. The local driver is perfectly willing to look you in the eye and lie to you.

Worst experience I have ever had with a service company. My wife set up an appointment to have a sectional couch removed. That went well. After that we’ll... Two days before the pickup date, received a call asking if if we could reschedule one day earlier. I explained that I had a shorter time availability than the normal 4 hour slot. I further explained that if they could not meet my time frame then don’t reschedule. That night I received a call that the pick up had been rescheduled. Received a call 30 minutes prior to pickup time asking for another reschedule. Rescheduled for the next Thursday. Received a call on Wednesday that they needed to reschedule. I explained to them that I was unavailable at the suggested times, and that I had need rescheduled before. They contacted dispatch and confirmed that the pickup would be made Thursday. Thursday, received a call asking to reschedule again. Explained that I was getting frustrated with all the reschedule requests. They contacted dispatch and was again assured they would pick up Thursday. Thursday night received a call that they were in their way to pick up. No Show. Received a call on Friday explaining that there was a “mechanical failure” and that they could not make the pick up. I explained to them that I did not believe the story because they called twice to reschedule and then there was a problem just before my pickup. I further explained to them that they had already taken my money and that they needed to get this taken care of tonight. I was told that someone would be there tonight. I responded “I’ll believe it when I see it”. Well they did show up and took the sectional. The pick up crew was nice. If your desire is to deal with a company that will constantly reschedule and then not show or call to let you know they won’t show. Then this is your company. If you want reliable, go with anyone else!

Please forward to a MANAGER for review!!! Appt. was set up on Wednesday 4/3/2019 for Friday, 4/5/2019 between 8am and 12 pm. On Thursday 4/4/2019 I received a message that the driver can't make it Friday 4/5, will show up Sunday between 8 and 12 pm. Well I bought a new couch and it was scheduled to be delivered Friday afternoon after the removal of the old couch. You guys never showed up, so now I have 2 couches in my basement!!!You guys really threw a monkey wrench in the plane by not showing up TWICE!! The driver was a NO-CALL, NO-SHOW!!!!. I waited around all morning for nothing. Wasted 4 #^# hours. I could have made better use of my time, but no I was waiting on a no show. I called to complain and they said they would get back with me. I received a message that he will be there on Monday between 4 and 8pm. They didn't call until 7:10 or so saying I'll be there in 30-45 minutes. they showed up @ 7:40 pm at night. I had to delay my dinner waiting on these guys to frikken show up. then they scratched my walls on top of all this crapp from your company. Horrible customer service and also from the 4 times I called you all, NO ONE even apologized for the inconvenience X's 2 ever on none of my return calls. I advised others not to ever call you guys for anything at all!! The I asked him to move another couch for me for the inconveniences and he stated do I tip??? After they moved the second piece from the basement he put on a Grammy performance like he was soooooo tired from the move and stated, "hey man, I'm worn out from this so I can't help you. OMG, it WAS NOT that heavy to be doing all the acting he was doing. I would like my money back....wouldn't you if you received this kind of service???????? this is why you should NEVER pay anyone UP-FRONT for services not rendered. This was a total cluster f$%@% . 720-560-0618 I'd like a manager to call me back or just send me a damn refund!!! If I do not hear from anyone soon, I'll post this negative report online and with the BBB. Thanks for the horrible service!!! Also after they loaded the couch they just left without saying anything. VERY DISSATISFIED. Young Inexperienced sloppy looking movers with a Junky Van with Graffitti on both sides front bumper hanging - JUST A MESS. Day of delivery - called to make sure everything was on schedule - running 45 minutes late was drivers response. They came to my home at 8:40 PM. Left at 10:20PM. Totally NOT WHAT YOUR WEBSITE MAKES YOUR SERVICE Out TO BE.

I mean they got rid of the couch...but they also gouged a chunk out of my wall and scraped paint off on the way down. I guess you get what you pay for. Would definitely not recommend.

The driver was 2 1/2 hours past the time window, I couldn’t get anyone to help when I tried both calling and on line. I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone. Incredibly unprofessional
