“I ordered an over the tower cover from Cover World and when I received the cover it would not fit. It was baggy where it shouldn't be and wouldn't cover the whole boat. They advertise a fit guarantee, so I contacted them about it. After a couple of weeks of getting the run around I was told that I didn't have a fitment issue and that carver (the maker of the cover) wouldn't take the return. The customer service rep was sympathetic to my plight, but couldn't do anything to allow me to return the product that didn't fit. For a company that advertises that they put customer satisfaction first this whole experience shows that they simply do not. In the end they traded me the over-the-tower cover that I wanted for a under-the-tower cover that I didn't want or need simply because it was that or keep the other cover that didn't fit. I figured something was better than nothing, but it wasn't at all what I wanted. If you get a cover that fits and doesn't have a problem, you may be happy, if you need customer service in any way, and your experience is anything like mine, you will be stuck with a worthless cover.”
