“Perfect fit for the Starcraft MR180. All tie-down straps provided a tight fit that allowed cover to completely shed rains without puddling.”

“Aldo Quoted us a price in an email . We tride to get the cover ordered for 3 days . Then Aldo (Thank you for your patience. I am sorry to say that due to technical issues, we will not be able to fulfill the order. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Sincerely , Aldo Customer Service Agent Cover World . I tride to talk to his superviser . Just Steven was not avalible . Total waste of 3 days . Dont use Cover World , Get your cover from a reputable company .”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this cover. The material is nice and heavy and the fit is very good considering it is a 'semi-custom' part. I honestly don't understand the point of the strap kit, so I will keep using bungee cords to hold the cover on. The color is a great match for the boat, which is amazing considering the age of the boat.”

“Do not. I repeat, do not work with this company. I am currently in the process of trying to return an $800 Bimini, and I am getting no results. I have a feeling, we are going to get screwed over. This Bimini does not fit our boat. They are coming up with every excuse in the book not to give us our money back. First it was because we didn’t use an agent, we did it online, then it was user error, when I had my brother on the phone as I pressed every button to make sure I was hitting the right thing. It’s turning into a nightmare. We are currently turning to our complaint into our credit card company. Every email is met with long delays of response, because I’m thinking they want to hit a “past the return date” kind of deadline. That’s all I can think of. I hope this gets resolved because no one can afford to throw away $800.”

“We ordered a 16' boat cover from Cover World. The cover is so sturdy, and well made, it fit perfectly and was shipped earlier than the time frame given. This cover is used on our 16' bass boat and is an exceptional quality cover. We will be ordering again from this company and have referred the company to our colleagues and friends. “We needed a replacement cover to sale our red boat, we had never had the red cover and loved the look of it. Turned out when we sold our red boat to upgrade our new boat needed a yellow cover. I emailed cover world with my 2nd order and they gave me a discount code for my 2nd order. Both the red and yellow cover looked great, worked for trailering, and most importantly protect our boat.”

“This boat cover is heavy duty and very well made. It fits my Chaparral 23 SSi Outboard like a glove, and even covers the boat perfectly with the wakeboard tower folded down! It keeps out rain water and tree debris too. I love it! Thanks Cover World!”

“this company sucks took 3 weeks to get the cover that is cheaply made and there return policy is terrible”

“We ordered a cover from coverworld and unfortunately, I ordered for a sport model and not a deluxe model. Our cover was supposed to be for a 21' and because of the sport/deluxe option the cover ended up being 1/2' too short. Coverworld's return policy does not state anywhere that they will not accept returns on covers that were the wrong size or wrong order. I know its our fault for not ordering the specific model cover but we were willing to pay a restocking fee just to get the right cover. Its very unfortunate that customer service was not willing to work with us in order to guarantee satisfaction. Their return policy clearly does not say anywhere that they won't accept returns on wrong orders.”
