“Ordered a cover for my new Hobie PA 14. Nicest fishing kayak I’ve ever been in and want to keep it nice. I ordered what I think is Coverworld’s top of the line cover. It fits really nice. Wasn’t difficult to get the tie downs set up and adjusted. They’re generous with the number of those provided with the cover, by the way. Material appears to be really heavy duty as well as attractive. I’ll order from them again in a second provided I don’t have to deal with their rep, Jeff. I moved and changed the shipping address in my account profile about 3 weeks before it shipped. I got an email that it had shipped the day after it shipped and it was headed to my old address. The aforementioned Jeff flat out called me a liar and said that I had not changed the address. He was super snobby and condescending. More interested in insisting a customer is wrong than helping to solve a customer’s problem. Super nice product super jerk of a rep. Thanks Coverworld. Stick it in your ear, Jeff.”

“Had a great experience , after order placed was about 4 werks before delivery made. They drove my lift down some 120 miles, assembled at the shoreline . I had help but was a straight shot to wheel the lift into the water. This was 5000# limit lift with 22 ft canopy with solar power lift . There are direct and remote controls for it which is quite helpful in placing the boat cover on as i walk around on the side rales. The canopy top was delivered 2weeks later . It folds out length wise, recommend placing it all aboce the canopy before folding out from center to the edges, my son and I did it in 20 minutes. Good instructions, cane with it. Elastic bungee clips came with , installed easily, canopy material is strong and fit the frame snugly., has good overhang , we adjusted the canopy forward about 8 inches without too much difficulty so that the bow is covered well when the lift is fully extended. This product has exceeded my expectations. I felt valued as a customer and that this business has great integrity.”

“Semi-waterproof at best, water does bead up to some degree but boat still fills with water after any rain. It was custom made and the fit is good but they didn't put a pole snap button in the bow area like the last one they made for me. Yes I should have sprung for the Sunbrella , don't make the same mistake I did and try and save a few hundred.”

“Semi - Custom means " kind of fits" I followed the steps, entered my exact model and year and purchased. Took a while assuming they make to order. Try it on and its to short length and height. Called and discussed and they say the outboard motor needs to be down.. It says trailerable, who trailers with the outboard down? Its a glorified storage cover. My center console height raises the sides so high you can see into the boat from the sides? Their return policy sounds good but don't get it dirty they won't refund and wouldn't make an exception for the terrible fit... There has to be a better company to buy from.”

“I called to be sure that the cover for the wilderness systems recon 120HD would fit with the HD drive and was told it would. It’s not even close. So if you’re looking for a cover that covers the boat with the HD drive in place this is not your cover and don’t believe what they tell you. The cover is meant for the recon 120 without the HD drive.”

“Don’t use this company. RIP OFF. Taking 10 weeks to receive the order for a simple Hobie Kayak Cover. I called after 4 weeks to cancel my order cause I can get it elsewhere much faster. They told me it would be a restocking fee of 25% on something that hasn’t even been made yet. RIP OFF. If the pattern is already cut as the guy on the phone said, why is it going to take an additional 6 weeks to receive it? RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPAN.”
