5 weeks after I placed my order there is no delivery, no response to my emails and no update on a product availability. Nightmare!!!

Spent hundreds of pounds in September on items that were said to be in stock and items that were due to be in stock in October. Late December, still no sign of anything. They did reply to one of my emails at the beginning of December to say part of my order was with their courier who would be in touch for delivery within a week. Lies of course.. and still no luck with a refund, this looks like one big scam

Ordered an item in November which appeared to be in stock , still hasn’t arrived at the end of December and after several emails I have just been told delivery time to be March even though over the phone the lady said it was in stock at the warehouse ?! Very poor service.

Same as everyone else . This company is NOT interested in it’s customers. Ordered tree decorations and wrapping paper in November . Arrived 23rd December !! No communications , no one to speak to . You can’t run a business like this nowadays ! Check to see if the items you bought are in the sale , it wouldn’t surprise me with this company .

Pre ordered Christmas tree in August for October delivery, then told November to finally speak to someone who said it might arrive week before Christmas. Absolute joke. Refund given , don’t waste your time

Ordered and paid hundreds of pounds for items nearly a month ago, was informed at point of online order 2 weeks delivery. No response from company to phone calls or my email. Very disappointing. Unsatisfied customer.

Terrible service. Ordered Christmas decorations on 20th November. Chased with 3 emails - no response. Tried calling - phone lines switched off so they can deal with emails! Order finally arrived a month later (18th December) but decorations no use now I’ve already decorated. One item damaged as well. Returns have to be paid for by the customer. So disappointed with this company.

Same problem as other customers. Lured into Cox and Cox's 25% off flyer on 13 November for some new household lighting to brighten up this drudge of a Winter. I was assured they would be dispatched after 15 working days... no sign of them this side of Christmas. Unable to contact customer services via phone and email unanswered. Dire.

Ordered 24th Nov. £450. Trusted them on their stated delivery times. Since then - nothing. Can’t phone, won’t respond to email, generic response of ‘please email customer services’ on social media. So disappointed in a once good company

Terrible Service! Spent over £1000 over a month ago on various items and 75% of it has still not arrived despite it being in stock. No one answers the phone or responds to any emails. I appreciate it can be busy but the communication is absolutely awful and there can be no excuse for it.

Exactly the same issue as others. Ordered & paid on 31st October for items that it said weee in stock, yet to receive them. No responses to emails at all and phone lines taken down so no way of contacting them at all.

Same problem as others. Ordered on 6th November, 6 weeks later I am still waiting for part of my order. Some items have arrived, but very slowly. Very slow to reply to emails but will take orders for items they don't have in stock without advertising that. I also find their products very overpriced. Will not shop again.

I am having the same problem with company as the latest reviews show. Goods ordered in November now not arriving until after Christmas. Told this by automatic email and customer service telephone lines closed so that they can deal with emails! They have had my money since 14th November and I have now cancelled my order.( hopefully have an email acknowledgment of this fact). Dreadful customer service.

Ordered and paid for furniture furniture 22nd November . No updates apart from one auto reply, phone lines closed. I sent an email last night to ask if they could give me an update but my email has come back just now saying undeliverable. The most disgusting company I have ever come across. I will attempt to get my money back now after reading so many awful complaints. But I think that will be another struggle.

Placed my order on the 28th of Nov and I’m yet to hear back from this company. They only let you know about logistics problem only after you’ve paid for items. I consider this to be fraudulent. Also, There isn’t any reasonable way of getting in touch with them as I got an automated response from the email I sent which didn’t say much. To make matters worse, the customer care line is closed. Such a classic case of fraud. I’ll give them till the end of this week then I’ll take it up with the courts.
