I ordered an item from them which was supposedly in stock. Months later it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted them by phone and waiting for over an hour - no response. I emailed them - no response and so I had to chase. Eventually I was told the item would be dispatched. It was and it arrived damaged. I have emailed pictures asking for a refund. Still no response. Avoid at all costs - there are much better companies out there that deliver great customer service

If I could give zero stars I would .I… If I could give zero stars I would .I never write reviews but feel obliged to warn others . I wish I had read the reviews here first -ordered 2 oak bar stools (£250 each so not cheap) . Had a text from courier when I was in to say they had failed to deliver - emailed customer services -Connor - who sent me a photo of the house -which wasn’t my house - another trail of emails I eventually receive 1 stool -damaged - in a box with a hole which someone had tried to repair with masking tape . Appalling packaging for a solid oak stool no wonder it was smashed . Further emails to ask and the other stool I’m told is missing in transit . So nearly a month after ordering I have 1 damaged stool . Worse service ever and we order slot online -go somewhere -anywhere else !!

Don't bother, because this company doesn't. Placed an order at the beginning of November. It is mid January and still waiting. I do get through to customer services by phone only to find out that my goods are in a inaccessible part of a warehouse and cannot guarantee a time frame for when anyone will be able to get to my order. Not once did they update me without my chasing them. At least over the phone the team seem nice, but the system behind them is a complete shambles.

I ve ordered large items twice and both times the items have been faulty and poor quality. It’s impossible to speak to someone and they are unresponsive to my e mails

I to feel everyones pain in dealing with this company. I cannot get through to anyone regarding a order that hasn't turned up! Extremely frustrating that I keep spending time on it and get nowhere! Never ordering from them again

Just wanted to echo the experience of people below. Do not be fooled by the lovely looking products and catalogues/ web site as I have been. This is my second bad experience with this company and I will not order again. I am now forced to set up a claim with my credit card company.

STAY AWAY! Daylight robbery. I have been waiting since September 2021 for my goods. I received faulty goods, I was told I would instantly get a replacement, then promised partial to full refunds for the inconvenience. Each month told something else, promised something new. Now they will not answer their calls or respond to my emails. For all those in a similar situation if you paid through PayPal or Klarna etc. Contact them and open a dispute. Cox & Cox are happy to respond to them… However, they lie and say they have contacted the customer with a new delivery date. So insist on keeping the dispute case open until resolved. I’m currently in this process. This company is basically a scam. Unable to deal with orders and enquiries yet they are happy to take new orders to take more money. I have been more than patient but nearly four months on, enough is enough.

Ordered pre lit olive tree in AUGUST! Received e mails putting back delivery date monthly. Told it was dispatched in November but nothing was delivered. Unable to get any response until today, will hopefully now get a refund. Appalling customer service.

Absolutely atrocious experience with Cox & Cox. This company should be avoided at all costs. Their fancy website and pictures are not worth being sucked into. I ordered a red train set for my son's first Christmas and one of the carriages I was sent was damaged and had clear dents in it. The very same day it was delivered I emailed Cox & Cox and attached photos of the damage. This was before Christmas, and I asked for it to be rectified either by a partial or total replacement and to date, I have heard NOTHING back. The total lack of customer care is remarkable. Utterly discourteous and clearly all the company is interested in is taking your money with no satisfactory customer service either before, during, or after a purchase. Awful experience. I hope people will think twice before ordering from Cox & Cox. It's just not worth the hassle. I rather pay more elsewhere and not be treated like a mug.

Exceptionally poor customer service, no response to numerous emails, phone calls continuously getting cut off whilst holding for over 10 mins. Shame because the products i've had so far are all good and vfm. Deliveries and lack of communication is letting them down.

Ordered an outdoor pre lit Christmas tree, once assembled discovered it was broken. Emailed and they said courier would pick it up, courier did not turn up. Emailed again, they apologised and sent courier again, courier did not turn up again. Have emailed again and am now waiting for same false promise. They still have my £100 and Christmas is long gone. Do not buy from these liars. Their products are shoddy snd customer service non existent. I’ll be contacting my bank and trading standards to get my money back and hopefully closed down.

Never ever again. Ordered November and still no sign of goods. No replies to email, do not answer phone. Still trading but NOT supplying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If there was a zero, I would click it. Ordered for Christmas 3+ weeks ago and still no delivery or any dispatch details. Money taken on the day of order but np further communication. Phone and email queries to CS not answered. The worst customer service ever experienced. Do not buy from this company.

I am saddened to say that the service and continued delays received from Cox & Cox have resulted in me saying avoid this company at all costs. No response from customer service emails and after eventually getting through on the phone after almost an hour wait I get given no information other than we will email when its on its way, she was next to useless and very frustrating to talk to . NOT GOOD ENOUGH, both items were for Christmas, one being an illuminated tree, which is no good to me when they finally decide to send, although that may be in time for next Christmas. Still no update from them and its been almost 6 weeks since I ordered. They took my money the day I ordered though, so glad they put themselves first. Businesses like this don't deserve their customers.

Spent hundreds of pounds in September on items that were said to be in stock and items that were due to be in stock in October. Late December, still no sign of anything. They did reply to one of my emails at the beginning of December to say part of my order was with their courier who would be in touch for delivery within a week. Lies of course.. and still no luck with a refund, this looks like one big scam

Ordered an item in November which appeared to be in stock , still hasn’t arrived at the end of December and after several emails I have just been told delivery time to be March even though over the phone the lady said it was in stock at the warehouse ?! Very poor service.

Same as everyone else . This company is NOT interested in it’s customers. Ordered tree decorations and wrapping paper in November . Arrived 23rd December !! No communications , no one to speak to . You can’t run a business like this nowadays ! Check to see if the items you bought are in the sale , it wouldn’t surprise me with this company .
