Product not delivered. Have not replied to my email. I have tried calling their customer services line but no one answers. Definitely avoid.

Terrible company with inept customer service. Item not delivered but they will accept NO responsibility. Avoid them unless you are looking to throw your money away!!!

Terrible, terrible customer service. Ordered 3 November not received yet. Not even picked in the warehouse. Their customer helpline is absolutely useless, on the odd occasion I have managed to speak to someone they just keep telling me it’s awaiting to be picked at the warehouse because they have moved and my goods are too high up in the shelves to be picked - really??? If you try phoning, most of the time you you just get cut off.Avoid at all costs and take your business was elsewhere

Mr Roderick Gordon Taylor, as the Director of this company you must feel ashamed at the amount of poor feedback in Trustpilot like others, placed an order that we are dissatisfied with and we also tried to call where we waited and waited only to be hung up. we followed up with an email on the 27th Nov but still had no response. We as customers are within our legal rights to get these matters resolved in a speedy manner. Please address this issue at once.

I have tried so many times to contact them regarding my order and you get disconnected on the phone and they don’t reply to my emails. I will never buy from them again. I was told there was a delay because they are moving to a new warehouse but reading the reviews that happened in august?

I wish I could leave a 0 star review!!! This will be my first and last order with Joules and their so called 'friends'. The supplier being Cox & Cox in this instance. We placed a Christmas Tree order in October for a Pre Lit 7ft tree. We received our order in November, and once we had opened the box... Surprise Surprise it was the wrong tree. They had got the labelling wrong and us a bog standard 7ft not pre lit. Cox & Cox had accepted our order (through Joules) on the 28th October 2021 and we had received confirmation by email. Cox & Cox are still yet to comment on this total balls up and we remain disgraced without the tree we actually ordered. I have been going back and forth with both Joules and their supplier Cox & Cox for well over 2-3 weeks and have got NO WHERE. No one in their customer service team has been helpful. I have emails confirming they made the error on their end but have we received our new tree... NO! We are now at the 1st of December and I am well and truly livid. Disgusting. I have requested countless call backs, however no one seems to call back. Steer well clear. Thank you Joules and Cox & Cox, you have ruined Christmas. Congratulations.

Zero customer service, always get automatically cut off after being on hold on the phone number, the online chat is a useless bot, no answer to emails. Still waiting for my delivery of item ordered three months ago. AVOID.

Still waiting for Christmas presents ordered on 3rd November, now 30th November. My last delivery took over 3 weeks and missed the person intended as a team work wedding gift, which was embarrassing. They had moved to a new warehouse but that was August. I have tried calling and got cut off. I won’t order from this company again. Sort it out Cox and Cox!!

Horrendous . Still waiting for items ordered in October. Told they were in stock but guessing they were in stock in another country . Worried as the firm keeps having ongoing sales so things are not going to get better. Paid quite a charge for delivery too. What is the company doing having so many low price sales when they cannot deliver their current orders. Several emails to firm and Customer services now have a prewritten response to calls and emails re delays. No other company that I have bought from in the last year has faced such delays and I doubt the problem is with delivery in the UK ..it is probably more about waiting for stock to come in from overseas. It was never really ‘in stock’ as the average customer would think of it. Thought this brand had a good reputation but not any more. Will wait for my current orders to arrive ( if they ever do) then never using again. Doubt this firm will survive on the basis of how their business is run currently. I am all for cutting businesses some slack during COVID and post BREXIT times but this has the whiff of deliberately taking money off people without a really firm plan to deliver.

Shambles!!! They don’t deserve to be in business. Stop buying from them people. Delivery arrangements are a disaster, expensive and ridiculously slow. Over a month for a rug!!! Not a car or a house, a rug, an expensive rug at that!!!

Still awaiting delivery of items from months ago. Now told only 5 chairs in warehouse not 6 chairs and they’re now waiting for the 6th to arrive. I’ve called numerous times and been on hold for 30 mins at a time and then it’s cut off ! Appalling service.

Awful company !!! Appalling customer service. After receiving the long awaited items, arrived faulty with no returns labels. Just online instructions to tell me i have to pay between £6 to £15 to return. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!

Just a dreadful company, offering appalling customer service and low cost, cheap imported products. Ordered over 10 items, sent all bar 2 back. The quality is just non existent, and papered over by website photos and endless discounts.

If i could give Cox & Cox no stars, I would. I ordered my item on the 23rd August...NEARLY 9 WEEKS AGO...and I STILL have not received the item. I have called customer services 8 times. Everytime, I'm assured it's on the way, and still, nothing. After being told countless times the item WAS in stock, I finally got through to an employee on my 8th call who told the truth in that the item was actually out of stock and they had to re-order which is why there is a delay. The website never said the item was out of stock and neither did any of the previous employees when speaking to them on the phone - all a total con!! I often try and call the customer service line to, as always, ask where my item is, and often they will just hang the phone up after up to 10 minutes on hold. DO NOT SHOP HERE, a total con!!

Stay away from Cox and Cox. I ordered some items at the end of August. It is now Nov 22nd and still no sign of my most expensive item. Generic email after generic email saying it was delayed and would be ready mid, then late September, then early then late October, then early November. Finally an email saying it had been dispatched, and to to follow the link to track. The tracking only showed my earlier item, saying that it had been delivered, and nothing about the missing item. I emailed them only to receive an auto response, saying to allow up to 15 days for in-stock items to be processed. I then called customer services, and having been on hold for 6 minutes each time (I called 8 times), you then get a recorded message saying that the line has cleared. No way of getting hold of anyone, no way of tracking my order and I expect that getting my money back will be a struggle too.

Nice things but absolute awful delivery times!! About time someone takes this in hand!! Like previous reviews misleading timelines, fobbed off by excuses. Its only a lampshade!!

Ordered 2 “in stock” items when their website stated 3-5 working days for delivery. I then chased and was told it would be 15 working days. After waiting 15 working days nothing has arrived and they aren’t replying to emails. Spend your money elsewhere, there is something very wrong with this company.

Waiting still for my order this is 3rd time I have been told it’s on its way. Is this true I may have to invoice for my time. 2 days taken off work to wait in and my weekend Saturday waiting too. Hopefully I am proved wrong and it arrives today 🙏😊 and I still love the items.

Repeated delays with the order. After four months I finally recieved a dispatch notification and I booked a delivery time. After waiting in for the item, it never arrived. On following up, I was told there were stock issues and was offered a refund or I could wait for a further month. I opted for a refund. It has been a complete waste of time.
