“Horrible shipping. My orders were "lost" another was never shipped out until I emailed for a refund.”

“Bought a $270 bottle of Blanton’s bourbon as a Christmas gift and the gift box was damaged. I filed a claim with CraftShack, sent requested pictures and detail and your response was. “It’s not our fault that the shipper didn’t pack it correctly” and you gave me a $10 off coupon code. I don’t plan on ever buying from you again and have shared my disappointment with others.”

“We received the Metallica Blackened special edition in a opened box that was flattened, whiskey was taken out of the box and bubble wrapped. Why would you bend and flatten the original box on a collectors edition?”
