“I was disappointed this time, to put it mildly. I got a delivery notice from FedEx within a couple days of my order, saying the package would arrive the next day sometime. However, more than a week would pass before actual delivery. In checking tracking information the following day, I found the package was still awaiting FedEx pickup. As it was the next day, the day after that, the day after that, and the day after that. I'm not sure that's enough "the day after that"s, but it was 11 days before it arrived. I called repeatedly for customer service, daily for 3 or 4 days, and left my contact information and all other relevant info, but never did (apparently) non-existent "customer service" deign to give me a ring. I think I'll be checking out other places to order from from here on.”

We kindly want to explain that our partner retailer and common ground carriers have been experiencing high volume for the last few weeks, so scanning our packages to start the shipping process took longer than we anticipated. After reviewing your order timeline and tracking history, your purchase was delivered within the two-week time frame as stated in our order confirmation and shipping email. “I have NOT received my order as of today. I tried to check on the status of my order today. Your website wants me to sign in with another account and password. Are you kidding me? My initial sign in should be plenty enough. WTF Not good Craftshack”

“So I ordered several diff types of beer and they came in some weird cardboard box with packing peanuts all around, four cans of beer where completely smashed and leaking open all over the box. I emailed them and sent in a video of me opening the boxes and no ones even responded back and nor refunded shipping cost or anything. The three cases of beer I ordered cost $130. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Lol so disappointing :.( because this was the o my place I could find online that has the limited edition war heads beer.”
