“While they have beers that are hard to get locally, their pricing is high, their shipping is expensive and the beers are not always super fresh. IE a 6 month old IPA.”

“Selection is excellent. Beers arrived intact. Issue with shipping. Took awhile to ship. Label for Fedex printed on a Friday but jot dropped at Fedex until a Monday. Should have gone out on Friday.”

“This online shop offers rare finds at a huge premium. I reserve purchases from this shop only when I cannot possibly source elsewhere. Delivery takes a long time. The occasional cab arrives dented. But so far, none of these factors has caused me any problems. Shop wisely.”

“I can't get any beers from Mother Earth brewing here in Florida so I treat myself once in a while by ordering from Craftshack but at almost $5 dollars a can plus the high cost of shipping yeah it is only a treat once every couple of years. If the beers were cheaper might order more often but then there's is the shipping cost that hits us all.”

“Shipping was much higher than expected. 2 bottles was more than $20 in shipping alone. This will likely deter future orders”

“CraftShack is perfect for sending someone their favorite drink or congratulating them, but I would not buy for myself. While they have great variety, I don’t think the rewards program justifies the higher costs. Also, shipping has been slow in my experience.”

“For unknown reasons, screwed up orders are given absolutely no retribution, and missing bottles from shipments are deducted from discounts even though the remaining shipment's value exceeded the amount paid to receive the discount. Great physical working team, totally inept and incompetent business team. Just reading "Craftshack-com" shows you all you need to know about their bungled mismanagement.”

“Most items here are overpriced, $35 minimum w/ $20 shipping is absolutely ridiculous and not worth it at all unless you're buying a really rare and exclusive item..”

“These folks have a good selection of beer, which changes almost daily. Many of the beers are ones not offered nation-wide. That is huge for people such as myself, who live in rural areas without a large retail store. All of my shipments are expertly packaged, and I have had no issues with the beers getting here safely. The one down-side for their service is inability to order beers and hold them until I have a full box. I have put several beers in my cart, (planning on filling a box in the next several days), only to fins out they are sold out by the time I place the order. This is unacceptable. If it's in my cart, I should have that item "reserved" in some way. Otherwise, carts serve no purpose except on the day I actually place the order. Really pisses me off.”
