“I love that you have hard to find brews (Stone Cold Steve Austin Broken Skull). But the shipping takes way too long.”

“Good customer service. Although I had to call to find out that one of my orders could not be fulfilled and requested a refund. They did not reach out to me after two months I had to call.”

“Quality is great, shipping is reliable. Prices can be very high, but this is of course apparent before purchasing, so it's either worth it or not. Biggest complaint is that too many beer offerings do not provide the bottling date, so you have no idea how fresh the beer is (for beers like IPAs or coffee stouts where that is crucial) or what vintage the beer is (for beers like lambics, dark belgians, imperial stouts, or barleywines where that is crucial). If bottling dates were provided for all beers, I would be rating 5/5.”

“I love the selection of beer and liquor. Often shipping send to take an exceptional long time but it's been very good on my last two orders. Could be the holiday season slowed things down a bit”

“Experience has been great-good. I am more of a collector and have not as of yet received a damaged or marred can or bottle. Only thing that does not make my review100 % great is shipping sometimes is not fast (I am inpatient though). Keep up the good work. Sidebar I purchased a beer from a competitor since Craftshack as out of stock and all items were dented. Reordered item from Craftshack when it became re-available. Keep up the great work.”

“Craftshack is a great site for beer & spirits. Of the four alcohol websites I know of, they are in my opinion, the best. Craftshack has a impressive selection of styles, brands, breweries and spirits. While I do appreciate what they offer, their constant bombardment of advertising is VERY old & repetitive. A lot of that is due to the SEO algorithms they use to keep current customers shopping/purchasing; much like Google Ads. My only other gripe are there prices are expensive. Like I said, I love their selection, but the prices keep me from buying more than I do.”

“Overall, I have been pleased with CraftShack. They have helped to fill gaps in some of my beer and whiskey needs. Their prices are reasonable for standard items but not so good for premium items. Also the delay in fulfilling my order results in items being out of stock and my order being canceled.”

“Ordering is fast and easy, not too many beers that I'm interested in, prices aren't too bad, but the shipping is ridiculously expensive and has prevented me from buying some beers. I did purchase two bottles of Pliney the Elder which has been on my wish list for a long time, it was fanastic. I live in New England so some west coast beers are hard to come by.”

“Craftshack is really, really good. Great selection, and quick shipping. The only negative I can think about is that the delivery process is a bit rough. If you cant have someone at the door to pick up your order, then shopping through Craftshack could be very difficult.”

“I love being able to get beers that we otherwise would not be able to get without traveling! While the shipping can seem high, if you average the cost out per beer, it's not horrible. And it's less expensive than a plane ticket! :)”

“I wish their shipping wasn't so much but that said I like their variety and I had issues in the past but their customer service is top-notch. I will be back for rarer and collector items. Love the points system!”

“This is the second time I've ordered gluten free beers from CraftShack, since, apparently, Austin is a desert of gluten free options. They arrived promptly and well-packed. Some of the cans were sticky, as if something nearby had exploded, but they were themselves intact. A quick rinse before refrigeration took care of the problem. Thank you for serving a need in my life.”
