“Its a great service of nation wide craft beers. Excellent and safe shipping. Good selection. Never had a problem. Just wish they got some beers from the higher sought after breweries.”

“Very good service. Solid selection and variety of drinks that seems to constantly be growing. Fairly satisfied with shipping process, although a cheaper option less than $20 for less than 12 cans would be a good consideration if profitable for you guys. Only negative feedback I have is regarding the shipping for WA state, in some cases I ordered sour/fruited beer which arrived warm and really made the beer not very satisfying. Would love to know if these are being cold shipped and stored with the carrier.”

“Great selection and great delivery service. If I had to come up with something they could do better, I'd say their mobile website is kind of clunky and their prices are pretty much list price, with higher than average shipping.”

“Craft Shack has a wide variety of Craft Beers and always updates you on their newest finds. I've had to contact their customer service twice and both times they were extremely responsive and assisted to find me the right beer and even one they were out of. I will continue to shop online and purchase my craft beers from Craft Shack.”

“Overall I am very happy with Craftshack. I live in a small town and have yet to find a single other online beer store that ships to my location so I was extremely happy to find this site, even if shipping costs are a bit step. Its given me a change to get beers I love and can't get here and try new things! My only complaint is how poorly they recently handling stopping shipping to Michigan. While apparently only temporary, people with Michigan accounts were given ZERO notice and simple received vague error messages when we tried to check out. I have over 500 points that I just can not use now and was given no notice to use before shipping stopped to my state. They do claim they will send an email to all accounts with Michigan addresses when shipping resumes though, so thats something. Overall a good, but quick moving selection and good customer service.”

“I've only used Craftshack twice but like everything about you except the PA State requirement that I have to sign for delivery and the Delivery Notice I get is pretty broad within a given day and being alone at home and often out, I've had trouble meeting my delivery's. Thus, anything that could be done to bracket delivery times within and hour or two would be very helpful”

Unfortunately, the ground courier in our network doesn't offer set a delivery time in your area, but will generally deliver around the same time -frame if you miss the first attempt. Additionally, for future reference, instead of waiting for the delivery or missing delivery when your doing errands, you can always request a hold at a location near the shipping address and pick up your package your convenience. :) Thank you again for your review. We would also like to clarify that we are an online marketplace that supports small mom-and-pop bottle shop who controls the listing price and that product pricing is based on the 3-tier system -- producer, distributor, retailer. In addition, our flat rate shipping cost is purely on the two different sized boxes. The first tier is for the small box which will hold up to (12) cans, (6) bottles or mix and match cans and bottles. The large box will hold (24) cans, (12) bottles or mix and match cans and bottles. “I really enjoy trying new brews, and CraftShack is my go to. My only frustration with the site is the way the shipping/packaging is set up. I wish there was a feature that would tell you how much room you have in the box as you make your selections. Especially when ordering both cans and bottles. Otherwise, great place to buy craft beers!”

“Good selection of stouts and porters, a few unusual imports. A bit expensive on some of the rarer one. Shipping is too much for the size boxes. The rewards system is top notch.”

“I have never had a bad experience using Craft Shack. The beers are reasonably priced, and there is a good selection available. The only criticism I would make - the shipping costs are extremely high. To ship one beer costs $25.”

“Pro:Good selection of beers that I would normally not ever get to try. Prices are pretty good and the shipping is at a flat rate. All beers can be bought as singles and there is usually a good variety of styles. Meh:After purchasing your beer it may take up to a week before it gets sent out. Then depending on where you live if will take a few days from when is shipped until you actually get it.”
