“Really great site! Just wish there was packaging dates on the items, I've gotten some IPAs that were 3-4 months old and not very good.”

“I love this company as it has allowed me to try some beers I can't find locally, especially the Deftones collaboration beers with Belching Beaver! I just wish shipping was a bit cheaper and faster as sometimes I have to wait a few weeks to get my beer. But I love this company and will continue to order more🍻”

“I love to leverage craft shack to grab San Diego beers that I just get get out in Chicago. I’ve also been able to get a few stouts that don’t see distro it here. Only downfall is that it is hard to get Ipa’s super fresh as they usually have to wait a few weeks before they can make them available for purchase on the website.”

“I really love being able to buy the great selection of craft beers from the comfort of anywhere. The only thing I wish is that I could select 1 or 2 at a time and have them stored for me until I fill a full box for shipping.”

“Good way to find craft beer that cannot be had locally. However, prices are a little high, and rare beers sell out extremely fast. Still, i find myself placing a few orders each year, and have been very happy with customer service. I had broken bottles damaged cans in one shipment, and was given fair credit toward my next shipment.”

“All the beers were in good shape and loved that they werent old, pretty close to the canning date. Only negative was the packaging itself, not a big deal at the end of the day just not presentable.”

We take quality control very seriously and do our absolute best to ensure that the product is consumed just the way the brewery intended it to taste. As for the packaging, we would like to explain that the packing team removes the original packaging and plastic holders to secure the items from shifting while in transit. However, we recognize that there are avid beer collectors, so if there is ever a product that you wish to have the original packaging, please be sure you note your request on your order, and we'll try our best to make it possible. :) Thank you for your business. “My first order, I received the confirmation on 9/16 and received the shipment notification on 9/18. The second order, I received the confirmation on 9/24, but didn't get the shipment notification until 9/28. I was bummed by the lag, but other than that, all my orders have been correct and as you long as you continue to carry things I can't get in local stores I'll keep buying. Only other complaint is that the shipment price is steep :(”
