“We really enjoyed receiving a wide variety of hazy beers. It was a good Christmas gift! Only complaint is that the description states “12 - 16 ounce cans” and we received about 4 - 12 ounces cans, which isn’t a huge deal, just isn’t what is stated in the product description.”

“Craft Shack has a great selection of every kind of beer you want. It's really pretty phenomenal. No complaints there. Only negatives is that their targeted ads often don't even advertise beers they have in stock, and secondly the shipping charges can be brutal. Still though, great beer selection, easy strong recommend.”

“All orders are made correctly and shipped within reasonable time however this is a 4 star because few beers was canned months ago and tasted flat or bad. if the beers are stored in a warehouse, it need to be monitored and kept fresh and remove them if they are far past their shelf life.”

“Kinda thought the Sours might be cold, maybe on dry ice. The Brains are said to have fruit and remain cold. Still taste good.”

“Solid selection at slightly high prices; though scarcity, gas prices if I had to drive to get them, etc and they're not unreasonable. Delivery seems consistent thus far. A couple recommendations, add "Country" as a search field on website, and also list packaged dates - especially for IPAs.”

We would like to clarify that our flat rate shipping cost is purely on the carrier's cost based on the different sized boxes our member bottle shops use to ship products to the customers. The first tier is for the small box that will hold up to (12) cans / (6) bottles / (8-10) mix and match cans and bottles of beer or (2-3) for liquor bottles. The large box will hold (24) cans/(12) bottles / (15-20) mix and match cans and bottles of beer or (4-6) for liquor bottles. Additionally, we have multiple retailers in our network that carry different products, so the shipping cost may reflect the number of boxes needed to ship the order in full. “Love purchasing from CraftShack! Always a good selection and speedy delivery. I took off a star because of the way they package the beer. There are more efficient and eco-friendly ways to ship than loads of bubblewrap and packing materials. It is a little hasslesome and wasteful.”

“Craftshack has really stepped their game on variety and specialty craft beer. They get some awesome beers and collabs that would be hard to get otherwise. The only thing that is a drag is the shipping cost.”

“Fabulous beer selections, from hard to come by sellers, especially if you live on the Midwest. Shipping can get costly, but you can earn points to make it less so, and some options include shipping. In the end, I’m paying bar price for beer at home, and the selection can make it worth it!”

“I have had a great experience with Craftshack and their loyalty program is great - I haven't found anything like it. The selection is good, though there are sites with harder to find offering s more consistently but still fine. I try to wait just to order from Craftshack though.”

“CraftShack has found and is attempting to satisfy a great market nitch, the mail-order craft brew market. Craft/microbrew customers are unable to find great beer that is not within their local distribution network. CraftShack is bridging this gap through their e-commerce process. If only brewers could produce more! CraftShack offers a great variety of brews and an easy system to shop and order. Pricing could be a bit cheaper but at this point I am willing to pay the price. Great job CraftShack!”

“Craftshack has good selections. Sometimes less choices with particular beer styles. Pretty fair pricing. It's easy to order. Shipping is usually prompt. Beer is mostly in quality condition. Will shop here again 🙂”

“Craft Shack has provided a surprisingly nice way for me to try new beers and whiskeys. I've ordered several times, and have been impressed with the quality of the packaging and the speed of shipping. I also enjoy that shipping for future orders can be free or greatly reduced if you save points accrued. The one thing I wish they had was more of a craft beer selection for Midwest and Northeast US beers.”

“I love CS....when covid first started I got frustrated on the lead times, but as these times have now become our new norm, my lead time for my beer is somewhat back to normal. The shipping seems a little higher than I would have hoped, but that just made me maximize every order as best I can! They do have a good rewards program and discounts and I like their large selection of beer.”
