“Bought a $270 bottle of Blanton’s bourbon as a Christmas gift and the gift box was damaged. I filed a claim with CraftShack, sent requested pictures and detail and your response was. “It’s not our fault that the shipper didn’t pack it correctly” and you gave me a $10 off coupon code. I don’t plan on ever buying from you again and have shared my disappointment with others.”

“I started ordering from Craftshack in the early days of Covid, when we were all on lockdown and trying to stay home as much as possible. I’ve been a craft beer enthusiast since 1983, and wanted a steady source of new and interesting beers. Today, I’m back in local liquor stores with my mask and social distancing-but I’m hooked on craftshack and am now a regular customer. Their selection is great, shipping is fast, and always secure. Thanks to craftshack, I have 3 bottles of the wonderful Alaskan Smoked Porter which I have not enjoyed in 15 years. I recommend them most highly!”

“Craftshack is one of my go-to's for hard-to-find beers in my region. They have a wide selection of ever-changing products as well as recurring favorites. I love their rewards program that allows me to treat myself after a number of purchases to buy more beer! Shipping costs are reasonable and their customer service is amazing. I would recommend them if your state allows shipments from them. Cheers!”

“I’m on the east coast, and try to expose myself to microbrews from all over, I love IPAs and such. Craft shack has given me the opportunity to branch out and try west coast microbrews that I would never have gotten a chance to otherwise. The selection is fantastic and the service as well. Even with delivery charges the price per beer isn’t much more than I pay at my local craft brew store. I’ve only ordered twice at this point but I’m thoroughly satisfied and will continue to order in the future.”

“I love being able to get beers that we otherwise would not be able to get without traveling! While the shipping can seem high, if you average the cost out per beer, it's not horrible. And it's less expensive than a plane ticket! :)”

“Being retired and living out in the sticks there certainly is no place to buy a decent good tasting beer so while i was looking for some Rush beer I stumble onto CraftShack and low and behold a company with mega choices of great tasting great brewed beers my first order was for a couple bottles of Pliny the Elder..im so glad i can now enjoy retirement with a cold sud..get Rush beer on your menu and you'll have a buyer for life.”
