I've got the creation app, but I have been unable to sign in as it has my old phone number from 3 years ago. I can't even get in to my account to update it. It's bonkers. I've tried the email option and they say they are going to email me to verify my account, but I never got it. Now I've got a email saying that it's now updated with my updated phone number, and I still can't log in as it doesn't recognise my post code lol. I have contacted the financial ombudsman, so they now know of my issues. I've never known anything like this.”

Every month my direct debit comes out for a £14 payment, it’s then reversed so it looks like it hasn’t been paid and I’m charged £30 for a late payment and sent several letters threatening that it’ll all go on my credit file. Spoke to customer service, was assured that it wouldn’t happen again and guess what? Same thing happens this month. I paid off the whole amount on 22/8/24 and received an email on 3/9/24 reminding me that my first payment was due. Rang Creation today twice and - after 2 lengthy frustrating calls - was asked to wait then cut off each time. On both calls had asked for email confirmation of my payment which I've not yet received. Please avoid like the plague - or bring out your dead!!”
“Being chased for a credit card debt of £1000 for the past 5 years. They constantly harrass me with daily reminders of different types.
I provide financial evidence and set up token payment plans but they just don't leave me alone.
They never address any of my queries but continue to harrass me. I have never spent so much time dealing with such a bad company.
I am told the current wait time on complaints is 8 weeks. So I just have to accept all the daily harassment for the next 8 weeks??

“Following the death of my father, Creation have strived to add more pain and misery to the process of managing his affairs.
Upon his death, they passed the 'debt' to a firm of solicitors and closed the account.
Despite the account being closed they continued to accept refunds for services used by by father.
On trying to obtain these monies back they first denied having the refunds and then said they'd passed them to the solicitors - who deny receipt.
Now I'm stuck between Creation and the solicitors, both denying having the money.
Three hours of my life wasted so far - and no further on.”
