“The company is very good with the initial set up and helpful when asked but lack communication skills. Also we started of with having a contact person ie a name and number if we needed to get in touch, now we get sent to a service department which can not necessarily answer the question as they aren't familiar with our file. Plus you would expect they would acknowledge items sent to them ie PPI repayment cheques etc. but nothing. Needs addressing...”

“Started off fairley good with a personal contact this changed after the first year with no or little feedback to requests for information with regards to debtors also not too impressed with a letter demanding money as I had failed to pay Anything for months and I had broken my agreement when in fact I have never missed a payment draw from this what you feel fit to regards ian mackay”

“I have never been in this situation before and once I contacted Creditfixme and they talked to me about my issues I felt more secure and stable. I have found they didn't bother me with questions about my money situation unless absolutely necessary, but they always seem to be there for me if I need them. I am currently out of the country taking care of my mother who had a fall and even if they sent me papers in the post, when I explained my current situation they have been very supportive and let me get on with my issues here. Very helpful.”

“After years of trying to sort my debt I have now got it under control thanks to credit fix. It did take a couple of months sorting paperwork etc but all the hassle was taken care of. I don't get constant phone calls about review my account etc. All in all I'm much happier thank you”
