“My experience has been that all the negativity in my life has been turned around and enabled me to have a positive outlook to the future. When I couldn't find light at the end of the tunnel, this service has put things into perspective and order. The service has been friendly and professional and relatively stress free and has given me my life back. I can't praise highly enough. Getting my life back on track is something money just couldn't buy but this company has done just that.”

“The staff have been helpful when having an queries but when we received our statements from Creditfix they were not exact with some untruths ie late in sending back forms but these were sent out to creditors giving them a bad impression of our contact with yourselves”

“It would have been nice to be kept informed that we no longer had a specific person dealing with our cases. I realise you have more and more cases to deal with and can't allocate a single person to a case, fine, however as I said, it would have been courtesy to inform us of this as it's a difficult subject and when you've built up confidence in dealing with someone, to suddenly be told they're not dealing with you anymore is rubbish especially as I had to phone or email to be given this information.”

“Very helpful staff, keeping you informed how things are going with your case. Making sure you are ok with things, always at the end of the phone if you have any problems, any paperwork that comes through the door that you don't understand, just give them a ring”

“Have had no problems so far. I get a phone call every so often to see how it's all going and creditors do not pester me, and debts appear to be slowly coming down. I was with two debt recovery companies beforehand and they made the debt worse, so I feel relieved that things are finally working out.”

“I'm fairly happy with the way my situation was dealt with. However. I'm disappointed with receiving letters "twice" indicating I was £300 owing the creditors. I have upped my monthly payment, hopefully to cover repayment to all my creditors. The two payments of £300 has, had caused hardship. In hindsight., I wish I never went with you. Regards Mark Spendlow”
