“This company have took money from my account without permission or agreement. I told them I didn’t want to go ahead and would allow my wage arrestment to continue to call my debits, absolutely shocking”

“Please can some one help me. I am Portuguese National leaving in UK I have been approach by a company that had said they could help me with my debits and They worked with government , Next minute I was told even to lie by the company in order for me to get into IVA at the end they have said that I been passed to creditfix they are experts in dealing with the situation. from the beginning I was told I don't have to pay any fees. When I was passed to creditfix they have sent me a pack to my house I some letter for me to sign I a did and I dint read the full contest because it was so many pages and I beleived what the other company said( No fees) . in October it was my first payment and I was told they would contact all companies and no more call or email. I was happy I few weeks after the same companies still contact me I have contact Creditfix I have told them about the companies contact me . They have ask me the names I have given their name . Three months into IVA the companies are still contact I was getting more frustrating to the point my anxiety have come back I was ring the creditfix the have started tell me well-done you are doing well and half way I keep tell them I wasn't happy with them and I could not understand nothing and I was so nervous about the letter coming I have changed my number because the call I have stared having panic attack and depression. I have contact creditfix for refund the money back they have started saying will not refund the money back because I have sign a contact saying I was willing to pay £2000 for the services I was in shock I have collapse on the street. I have contacted my bank If they could help me recover the money as I have been contacting a few companies to arrange a deal with them. I was even surprised that they only notified my tax credits on the 8th on March after I have complain and report creditfix as fraudsters to my bank. I have asked creditfix to cancel any services or contract with them if I have I was told I have to talk to manager first I received email from the manager explain the concerns they have I have replayed to the email but no one have respond. please if you guys know where I could go to complain and recover the money please help me.”

“i had got myself in a right pickle with my finances and things were getting out of control, i had been thinking about doing an iva for a few years but kept putting it to the back of my mind and telling myself things will get better, but they didnt. i was having to borrow more and more and getting more and more into debt. bills were piling up, debt collectors started turning up so enough was enough i reach for the phone and made that call. the people i have had dealing with me have been so wonderful and not judgmental, really understanding and made me feel at ease and have been very helpful. for the first time in years i feel like i can breathe and have been managing to sleep at night without worry. i feel like i am in control of my finances again.”

“Stay away from them they promised me the world in 45 days now been 2 month and steal nothing has changed so now I'm out 218 dollars and no help with my credit score good luck if us them lie sob”

“I have been told various ways that I could cancel my membership. I told rep. when I signed up that I was on a fixed income living in a rehab. center and wanted to see about getting my credit repaired. The rep. said that CreditFix would work with me collecting the monthly fee. This also was not true. I was also told that I would have access to a website for rent to own homes which was not true. I was told my due date was on 1/27/2019 and when I saw that I could not pay CreditFix had already charged my account the monthly fee and there would be no refund. I was also told that the agreement states that I had to cancel the day before my due date which I have read over the agreement and cannot find that statement anywhere. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. As a matter of fact this is the first time I have ever lodged a complaint. GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE CREDITFIX.”

“I just wanted to thank the people who have filled out the survey. They just saved me from making a big mistake and I let them know that I will not be doing business with them based on the reviews they've received! I literally saw just 1 semi kind and positive review! Because of that, I will not be able to do business with creditfix! So thank you for your reviews. That's at least one good thing that has come from your bad experiences! If you hadn't of written THESE reviews I would have been screwed out of yet more money I can't afford to lose! Thanks everyone! “I am not happy with signing with Creditfix for my IVA. I am not happy to give my online banking details to you (Knightsbridge never asked for this) and I am not happy that you want an increased fee for supervisors. I will not be entering into my IVA with you. I made my agreement and signed a contract with Knightsbridge which I was not previously told about until it happened. My contract is nor with Creditfix. Knightsbridge knew my change of address - Creditfix have obviously not informed of this. I am not even that much in debt compared to most. I would rather not deal with you at all so please stop sending me emails. I feel more ripped off by this uninformed change of company than the debt I was trying to clear.”

“Do not use this company I started my iva in September 2014 with Knightsbridge they were a great company everything was explained and they were very helpful my total debt was just under £11320.78my payments started off at £70 a month then they went up to £109.00 per month then credit fix took over and they put them up to £297.00 then they went up to £357.00 and they have now risen the payment to £417.00 a month up to now I have paid £10254 and they reckon my iva doesn’t finish until September 2020 which will total £21000 on a £11000 debt this is now going to be in the hands of the financial ombudsmen and I will be quiet happy for this to end up in a court case. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“They use people to make money . You paid they for nothing . Always they say you have to wait little more and this little more is the money for them . They destroyed my credit score . The beginning they say your case is very easy to resolve and month after month nothing happens . Do not trust them”

“Terrible after initial communications no contact whatsoever, even contacted The Ombudsman about my PPI claim and now have £1,900.00 of my money. Kept waiting on phone 15-20 mins each time I rang then cut off ! Lack of communication is appauling.”

“I recommend Creditfix without any doubt. I joined them around Sept/Oct last year & started paying them monthly payments since Dec 2017 as i was successful & excepted into an IVA. Creditfix have been Amazing Stuart was my 1st adviser who got me started up with Creditfix he was exceptional,professional & nothing was too much. I off loaded all my worry's,stress related debt worries I had & Stuart listened & assured me Creditfix were there to help me. True to his word they have done just that Thank You Creditfix. I have since had to contact Creditfix numerous times regarding new debt that has come to light, The advisers i spoke with have been very helpful & assured me not to worry Creditfix have everything in hand. I rang again last week & spoke with Aidan with a problem I'm having with a debt that has come to light from my local council. Aiden took all the details from me & was very sympathetic & assured me it would be added into my IVA. Fantastic service by all at Creditfix. My life has changed dramatically I no longer get harassed by any of my debt creditors with letters or phone calls & I can sleep peacefully at night knowing I'll be debt free in practically 4 yrs time thanks to the amazing service I have & still do get from Creitfix.”
