“Been using creditfix just over 2 years now, few niggles at first but nothing major. Have to do yearly review via bank online giving them access can be bit hard work to do it first time round but simple once done. My payments haven't gone up. I do not get any hassle from creditors and get yearly statements. Some of the reviews saying they take money after agreement ended, I would just cancel my payment through bank. My friend used these and referred me hers finished and was sent her final papers very prompt. As lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders I would recommend. Not many companies have 100% positive reviews so you have to make your own choices whats best for you but I would definitely recommend creditdfix.”

“where do I start?? due to this company and wrong advice given I have been taken to court and received threatening letters to take items from my property. I have an IVA and Creditfix are supposed to help you.... it's not what I have found. They have admitted they owe me money and loosely promise to refund... in the mean time after I told them on several occasions not to take money from my account from my debit card details they completely ignored me and took it. what made it 10 times worse Is after calling them and being passed through departments and asking for money back so I can afford to pay the court judgement they caused against me they have done nothing! I have told them I am walking to work and back nearly 4 miles a day because of this and they have done nothing! they promised to call back twice and guess what..... nothing! I have been left with no option but to go to my bank to claim back through them the money I told them they were not authorised to take. I will be reporting them to the Omnibusman and look at my options because I now have a worse credit rating and I am being forced to pay another company when I was told I didnt need to as it was covered under my IVA. the treatment I have received is nothing short of shocking.... I would advise anyone thinking of using this company not to!!”

“The worst experiance I ever had this company's staff are rude misleading and do not adhere to there word, when they where explained to that I had to take care of my mother as she had had strokes rendering mum needing full time care as this took time to sort I was short of money and wouldint ableto make payments for a couple of months they said that was acceptable but still took money I couldint afford not once but twice rendering me unable to get to work now I'm in more of a mess than I was. Would not recommend this company to anyone stay well clear is my advice.”

“I would give this 10/10 if there was an option, cant say how much weight have lifted off of my shoulders, i give all my thanks to bill the assistant manager who helped me through it, he listened and done what i was hoping, went through it with me step by step on how to help with my finances, im so much more relieved and hopefully i wont be struggling with finances anymore, i really cant say how much i appreciate the help i recieved today and will recomend to anyone who has financial difficulties Now ill be able to sleep easy and hopefully bill will be happy hes helped another soul out today Merry christmas to everyone at creditfix and hope everyone has a brilliant new year”

“transfer from knightsbridge to creditfix wasnt well handled at all, even after 18 months terminated iva , they have left restriction on property and added an extra 6k in fees and charges , absolute shambles. they pass you from pillar to post and break numerous policys , case no with the insolvancy service becaus of unfair treatment , no contact, and we did not no or accept the fees that were upped due to the change in company, strongly recommend you do not use this company for IVA , citizen advice and a legal representative have helped me 100 times more without hefty fees !!!”

“They have been giving me grief ,I am not well ,and they have rang me 3 times in 24 hours this must be classified as hassle ,I am going through really bad time financially and health wise ,unable to handle too much stress ,they are driving me to suicide ,I have asked for balances for my creditors as I have been with creditfix for over 3 years ,the balances from my creditors have not changed from when I started ,??? Creditfix will not give me balances ??? ,DISGUSTING scam firm I am reporting this company ??”

“After setting up my iva it's been working fine until now we're they have upped my monthly payments and keep hassling me for payslips and paperwork I haven't got its affecting my mental health I wouldn't use them again”

“Not happy with this company at all right now. After 5 yrs of paying, credit fix they are looking to release equity from my mortgage. I’ve been informed by the independent organisation that this will not now happen. Does this now mean I’ll have to pay for an additional year? Your guess is as good as mine as I’ve not yet been informed by credit fix of what the next options are. Secondly as I’m coming to the end of my agreement and I’ve applied for vehicle finance in order that I can continue working in order to continue making payments and not to fall into any debt. Initially they agreed and stated that I can have finance as long as it does not go over a certain threshold. I’ve sought a car, which is under the agreed threshold and credit fix are now moving the goal post and querying why the amount of the monthly payments are that amount, despite them agreeing to it in the first place. I warned credit fix this could have an impact on my employment if this was not dealt with swiftly, however they have continued to drag their feet. I wish I hadn’t entered into this agreement and just gone to the CAB. This is a dictatorship....”

“I have paid off my Iva a year ago but still takes monthly payments out o bank I had letter to arrange the over payment to be paid back into my account I was told 5 to 6 weeks to wait I then said you have taken the money out of my account every month so why should I wait that long still no payment 6 weeks later so I rang them and there said it would be another 5 days . Seems to me there will take your money but won’t pay back what is owed”

“I am Gerald Martinez, I live Boston MA. My most gratitude goes to SUPREME CREDIT SOLUTION. Few months ago, I needed help with my credit; I had nowhere to run to. My whole life was in jeopardy because my current credit score was 504, I wanted a higher score and negative items deleted although most of them I had no idea why they were there because I never opened accounts with credit card. I went on internet to search for help and I found SUPREME the credit guru and I immediately contacted them through SUPREMECREDITSOLUTIONS23@GMAIL.COM OR TEXT+1 (614) 960-8079. We got started with the process with some few questions and a little display of competency as a proof of legitimacy. The good news is that they did all they promised to do (deleted the accounts, erased all the inquiries and eventually raised my score to a 750. “Nightmare I was moved over in the middle from Knightsbridge to creditfix.. When I signed up I told them about all my creditors from the beginning..but v were still receiving letters from them..V told this to creditfix n they said to ignore them n send any letters to them by post.. V did all that .N now that v only had 6 months left of iva they r saying they r going to increase the iva for another 2 years cuz this last correspondence from the creditors they never received b4 so they have added it to the debt...N extended our plan to 2 more years..which is bulshit cuz v added all the creditors when v signed up...N they r saying they confirmed it with us b4 adding it on..which they Dint...bastards..don't recommend any1 using them...”
