“Has been very good to deal with, sometimes asks for paperwork to be returned after the expiry date. Would recommend Creditfix Would be nice to receive regular updates on your current financial position and any changes in ways of ending agreements earlier.”

“poor communication,lack of communication, lack of explanation - lack of action - being told direct debit set up for first payment by staff then only to find that we were expected to have set up a standing order all by ourselves - this with no details of creditfix account numbers.Attention to detail is lacking.I would not recommend but we are stuck with them,so i requested minimal contact with these guys.Service delivery seriously lacking.”

“I have found that the communication lacks terribly. I have called multiple times to resolve various problems with the creditors which creditfix should have taken on. I feel I have done so much running around and feel it was not my responsibility.”

“As of this moment I am still getting harrassed by creditors. It is almost 4 months that I have been with Credit fix and it seems they haven't contacted the creditors and made a plan.”

“i was in serious trouble when i decided to do something about it i got in contact with credit fix and they are polite and kind don't make you feel stupid for getting into debt i have been with credit fix for awhile now and i am so glad that they came to my rescue i would not have had a future to look forward to without them bold statement yes because it's true quite simply the nicest people i have spoken to big THANK YOU to credit fix you are a credit to yourself.”

“The team at creditfix have been nothing short of brilliant in helping me through my IVA process. Professional, personable and efficient. I would and have recommended them to anyone I have come across in a similar position to me. Debt is a scary matter to face and come to turns with and the help and guidance I have received so far has been second to non. Thank you to all concerned.”
