“My experience with Creditfix has been very helpful and I now feel much happier with my financial position. Every body I have had any dealings with at Creditfix have been more than courteous, helpful, friendly and most of all they all have made me, at 77years of age, feel much less useless and stupid (even when replying via email!). I would certainly recommend Creditfix to anyone who needs financial advice). THANK YOU ALL”

“I used Credifix to start an IVA and get me out of financial difficulty they provided a simple service, explained all the details in easy to understand language. I have been with them for a few years and find them very friendly and helpful.”

“Has been very good to deal with, sometimes asks for paperwork to be returned after the expiry date. Would recommend Creditfix Would be nice to receive regular updates on your current financial position and any changes in ways of ending agreements earlier.”

“poor communication,lack of communication, lack of explanation - lack of action - being told direct debit set up for first payment by staff then only to find that we were expected to have set up a standing order all by ourselves - this with no details of creditfix account numbers.Attention to detail is lacking.I would not recommend but we are stuck with them,so i requested minimal contact with these guys.Service delivery seriously lacking.”

“I have found that the communication lacks terribly. I have called multiple times to resolve various problems with the creditors which creditfix should have taken on. I feel I have done so much running around and feel it was not my responsibility.”
