“i got myself into a bad mess with money my own fault but credit fix have been there every step of the way staff where only a call away if i had any problem.and now i am coming near the end of my trust deed things are certainly looking up many thanks to everyone at credit fix”

“Credit fix is a very good company regarding the problems I was passing through, when I called credit fix, the staff were so helpful from the beginning of my IVA till now. The advice gives me rest of mind when it comes to letters of intimidation from my creditors.etc”

“Most people I had contact with were helpful, but my main concern is I rarely got the same information from 2 people, which left me confused. Also, sometimes difficult to contact my 'caseworker', I was promised a call back which never happened.”

“The people i spoke with were very helpful, friendly, transparent and explained things clearly early on. I was nervous and unsure as to ever take out an IVA, but i feel a lot better now i have and feel more confident about finally sorting my debts out, thanks to the reassurance and help i received from Creditfix. “My only problem is my mortgage I didn't realise the difficulty I am having in sorting this out as I am in an IVA. The people have been brilliant and very helpful in all other areas and as for the above I didn't ask at the time.”

“The people I have dealt with at Creditfix have been professional, patient and totally understanding of a situation I found myself in, a situation which was not of my making and Creditfix at no time judged me or made me feel guilty as if I had done something wrong. They had my interests at heart and not my creditors and arranged a way of paying back at a rate I could afford without starving or ending up homeless. Well done and a very large thank you to all at Creditfix.”

“I found CreditFix to be a very approachable company to deal with. Their professionalism and honest advice was an important issue for me during a very distressing time. They made a difficult and overwhelming time for me much easier to manage. Their utmost discretion was also an important subject for me. I also had my own personal Account Manager who I could talk to on the phone by text or email which was very handy and reassuring.”
