“I get lot of phone call and letters of creditors at start of process considering credit fix have surposed to have contacted them to inform them all that your going on an IVA, but my creditors are contacting me saying they don't know anything.”

“Overall a good performance with lots of help for me and my financial difficulties. It can be somewhat galling when telephoning for advice or to give an update to have to repeat oneself after giving the information to the initial call answerer and then to have to repeat everything to ones actual case handler!”

“From day one I was advised the right way told how things would work out and would keep touch about my case in witch they did realy helpful friendly even when I was haven problems setting up a new bank they were so helpful told not be woirries about payment till got full set up”

“Having now realised that entering into an IVA was a complex situation and covered areas I didn't even consider. That said Creditfix have been very helpful and understanding and pro-active I smile at the idea of taking those that I owe money to task and claim back from them for their actions”
