“All the staff I talked with on the telephone have been lovely. Very helpful and pleasant. I did feel a little bit like I'd been railroaded in to something at the beginning but I think that was because I was being passed from one person/ department/ company to another. Once it had all been agreed I felt much better. I am still getting letters from certain creditors which does concern me a bit. I have forwarded photos of these to yourselves so hope they will stop soon.”

The support and reassuring attitude from all staff and especially from stuart has helped me through such a difficult time in my life.
