“I was so greatfull when your company telephone me and wanted to help me sort out my debts. the night before i had cried to my late husband to please help me, and the next day you telephoned me, so i know although not here in body but he is in spirit. and i am eternaly greatful. you have helped me so much. I would recommend you to anyone, as you have helped me with the debt.”

“They take the worry out of a poor situation, maybe their communication could be a bit clearer at times especially when the yearly statement comes knowing how things are going is paramount to an overall personal improvement. Over the phone individuals could not be nicer”

“Creditfix in Glasgow were totally amazing to deal with. The staff are always so very helpful and so quick to deal with any problems and enquiries. Without them I would be in a total mess. They helped me get my life back on track. They attended to everything for me, I had nothing to do. They were first class in looking after me. I can't thank them enough and I rate them very highly. “Hi, On the whole Creditfix have provided a good service and on the whole I have been happy. However what is still annoying me to this very day is that a credit card debt to Halifax (HBOS) has still not been allocated and I am still being badgered for money from them almost a year after setting up the IVA. I have had countless correspondents (emails & phonecalls) with HBOS and yourselves where you both seem to blame each other. HBOS have passed on the debt to Capquest and I have been pestered by them also. They have now passed the debt back to HBOS and I am still none the wiser if this has been resolved. I would've expected this would've been something that Creditfic would've sorted pretty much from day one. This has caused me much stress and I can imagine my credit rating was poor before but it must be abysmal now if HBOS still think I owe them money. Kind Regards Nathan Scott”

“Not clear at all from the beginning on how the agreement works. Constant contact until I signed the paperwork, then very hard to talk to anyone. Also missed off a bank account which they said had been added. I called when I received the documents as I was confused due to Legal jargon and was assured all was in good order. Apparently not....... Wish I had never taken the agreement.”

“We are very satisfied with the service we have received from Creditfix. We were very unsure about how the trust deed worked but Amanda McCutcheon took the time to answr all our questions admirably. Only one criticism we have is over the PPI recovery, some companies take the PPI money but give the clients the interest. Creditfix seem to be very unsure on whether we will get anything back. I understand that any money should be used to repay our debts but we had been told by these companies before entering the trust deed that there was no PPI due. We were allied to in other words. Not by Creditfix, by the lenders.”

“SINCE I STARTED WITH CREDIT FIX THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL.OBVIOUSLY THEY CHARGE FOR THEIR SERVICE. BUT THEY DO SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEMS. SO GLAD I USED THEIR SERVICES”
