“i would just like to say that I am happy that I joined creditfix on an I V A basis, but as for communicating with me as a customer , I am afraid this is very poor. I have rang in the past to ask about progress with my case, but am unsure as where I stand when my iva is finished, is it 5 years or six?. am I completely debt free after or are my creditors able to pusue me after my term. I have never missed a payment in the years this has been running, I just need to be reassured that I am doing the right thing.”

“Felt relief as soon as I spoke to the people at Creditfix. They did all the work and explained most things. Although instead of a three year trust deed, mine is for 4 year ? Revie each year, easy enough just provide proof of earnings and bank statements.”

“I have found all staff to be very helpful when I have called. Iam glad the phone numbers have been changed as i used to find it difficult to get an answer. Now that it is an 0800 number i have had no problems.”

“I have been very impressed with how Credit Fix has handled my finances since I signed up, especially with Henry Fleury who explained everything to me from the beginning in such a kind and personable way, his overall approach was very relaxed, smooth and fun. I would also like to comment on Ashley Dade whom I spoke with today, he was very helpful and very informed and I really trust him and Creditfix.”

“If it wasn't for Creditfix sorting all our debt out for us I wouldn't like to think where we would be now. Anyone who has a lot of debt and worried about it....i would recommend you contact Creditfix and get the help we did.”

“The staff at credit fix are extremely empathetic to my cause as the situation I have found myself in after a messy divorce has left me with much anxiety even 8 years on. the team ALWAYS ease my anxieties. credit to you all and many thanks for your actively listening and understanding skills. I am a trained Professional Counsellor and a Psychotherapeutic Therapist (not currently practising) therefore take my honest feedback with great pride.
