“I had a Protected trust deed. But it wasn't explained at all what it was, ended up in 10k more debt thanks to them.”

“Had some money left to me by my mums estate, £26000! You sat on it for three months! My gripe is that I have had no communication unless I phone them, and that can take up to three quarters of an hour to get through. Poor service all round! Taking this to the Ombudsman!”

“Very understanding handle my joint iva with total professional and very swift . all your staff were well trained and very polite and would recommend creditfix to anyone in a situation like my wife and i was in well done 10\10 all day long?”

“Company is shocking, they do not administrator the account, close files without looking at the account. According to there website 6 months prior to discharge the closure team contact you, didn't happen. When you attempt to make complain the customer service manager lies to you!!!!!! Total discussed with the whole process. Total cowboys praying on the vulnerable.”

“Me and my partner sort out an IVA having a few debts, My wife did most of the donkey work speaking to them and found them very helpful. after a week or so we was bombarded with 3-5 phone calls per day. fast forward to weeks later, we have now have money removed from our account without signing any agreement or acknowledging any paper work. I've spoken to a lady who said because you did answer we signed the agreement for you and started the process.. I am now struggling to get a straight answer from any of them. some say its live some say its not. I feel like they couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery! oh they still won't confirm why our money was taken..... stay clear. very clear”

“i have had more financial problems since i entered into an iva with this company that i had before i did, They take too many payments in a month, more than the agreed amount they ignore emails, I have incurred two bankcharges because they took money that wasn't there 11 days after they took the first payment and they said they can't cover bank charges even though it was their fault i got them ,if i was going to go through this sort of thing i'd never go with this company again ,they're useless”
