“For the last 3 years i have been struggling to pay off my creditors and i must admit it was getting harder and harder to do so, but everything has changed with the help of Credit Fix who has helped me all the way and supporting me to get through a stressfull time and now i am in positon to save money who gives me the freedom to put savings for the future of my son. “i have only just got into an iva with creditfix ,i've had them badgering me to take out life insurance ,taking more than was agreed ,taking it before it was due causing me to get bank charges and then ignoring me when i complained ,i was also told i had to inform my ex partner and get her to pay some ! , To say i'm dissapointed would be putting it very mild indeed ,i'm going to the bank in the morning and closing the payments i'll look into clearing my debts with someone who knows what they're doing”

“I was originally with another company who was brought out by Credit fix. Since they took over I have not received any correspondence, and every time I call they say they will call me back and don't. How rude and unprofessional. I am only 5 months away from my 5 year iva and have just received a letter from Just lending. I am now being asked to try and borrow money to pay outstanding balance - how ridiculous. The whole point of this is to be debt free not get in more debt. I have tried several times over the past 3 to 4 months to get someone to call into regards of the outstanding balance of the account but as usual they say they will call back and don't. How am I suppose to find out what is the situation with my account if no one response. I have just about had enough of this company since they took over my contract. I am now going to make an official complaint. If this does not work I will go further.”

“After what I thought was end of my 4 year protected trust deed was told possibly another year was assured at time of taking trust deed that I would be debt free after 4 YEARS shocking ,had no correspondence from them at all, it was I whonly initiated call.They are going to look into my case want to cry”

“We finish our IVA next month. Or should I say I thought we did But not having any information from them I call them today. There was a but!!! Upto now I would have said that we had no problems. But knowing now that we may have to pay for another year, after 5 years is so upsetting. Was hopping that we could have some sort of life now.”

“I am now debt free but would not advise using this company. Once signed up communication became a major ongoing issue - staff handling case changed repeatedly, file not updated, incorrect information given etc. Even after I got my discharge (this was also mishandled) I STILL got calls and letters (quite aggressive) about PPI and how I HAD to comply with company! Three months after discharge I am still receiving statements from companies handling the credit cards on behalf of the creditors, who have only just received notification of my discharge! Basically the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing and would advise using a free debt service - be warned, you may have to constantly chase them, you may find money not recorded correctly, they take too much in PPI fees, you have additional charges suddenly appearing with no prior notification and very little gets paid to your creditors. Can also affect your partners credit and you don't get warned about that!”
