“I have had little to no correspondence from anyone dealing with my case bar a letter and email to sign a document. I have tried to get in contact with the lady dealing with my case and still have no idea what's going on or when my arrangement actually starts”

“Clear explanation of processes initially. Questions answered fully. Quick response to email queries. Regular updates would be useful. I'm still unsure as to where the process is up to so maybe a weekly email update would be useful.”

“They explained everything to me so I would uderstand without using jargon. They told me my options and explained each option and what the advantages and pitfalls were for each option. The people i spoke to were empathetic and understanding and didnt sound like they were judging me. The process was quick and painless and has given me immense piece of mind and reduced the stress of having no money of my own. I still have no money but at least I dont need to worry about being chased for it.”
