“me and my husband started iva last march.theres no paper document all is through email signature is through email we dont have a copy of our agreement.and the payment is been taking out every month not by direct debit is by my long card,when we sign the agreement they said that we only pay 10000 of our debt for the next 5 years for 165 a month,i been awarded ppi for 17,000 pounds and all that money they took it cause they saying that money well go towards our debt,and we still need to pay 5 years for 165 a month plus that 17,000 that when they calculated 10000 of our debt for 5 years.my only concern is they took the money just like that with out any expalnation where they gonna pay the money or not even a copy of the payment to our creditor,and they recieve the money from my ppi they dont even bother to call us or send a letter i have to call the bank and i found out they have the money for nearly a month,”

“You told me after the iva was payed my credit rating would go back as if i was 18 and could apply for a mortgage. But after speeking to a financial advisor from the bank im in 10 times worse state because you never told me im basically bankrupt put a block on my bank account two days before my weiges went in and had a nightmare trying to get access to my money on Christmas Eve and if i was told the iva was the same as being bankrupt for the sake of 5 grand debt i wouldn't have bothered.”

“My IVA was sold to you from DSC last month. I'm trying to pay you 50% of my yearly bonus. So far I've sent 2 emails and called once. I've spent 20 mins on hold to be told "The DSC team is at lunch"......do you want my money or not?”

“Have just spent 35 minutes on hold . Have sent five emails in the last week only had 1 reply . Have had two attachment of earnings orders since entering the IVA no one seems to care . Would not recommend to anyone.”
