“Initial contact was fantastic and i was informed exactly what was going to happen and what other options may be available to me so to that end, it was very good. However, i have since tried to call and i have emailed Creditfix several times and i have not had a response to any of my emails which contained questions and i have not been able to speak to the same person with whom i had the initial contact. Time will tell what my experience is going to be during the lifetime of the IVA”

“Have never had a statement from them after being told a statement would be sent out in the post”

“They have a taken a weight off my shoulders as I have been stressed and depressed about having all these debts building up and worrying about people knocking the door finally had the time to sort them out and over a period of time I can get them sorted and paid off get my credit rating back to normal. Thank you very much for helping me”

“This company are total scam artist used them as I could not get time of work was told after lengthy phone call I was totally covered only for my wages to be arrested sickened by this lot”
