I was thinking of applying to this company for help with my debts. However, after reading the reviews from people who have, I don't think I'll bother.

Lucky they got a one star rating from me . Omg the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing also lack of communication on there behalf . Totally disgusted with this company

Cause I now can afford to pay my debts off and know that it will be all clean after 5 years I don't need to worry now I can relax knowing things will be sorted out

Creditfix explained all available options that were open to me and made the whole process of consolidating my debts a seamless experience. I would highly recommend them based on their knowledge and expertise.

I am due to come to the end of my plan in September but it seems it will not end there as they have now said that if there is any negative equity in my property I would need to I don't know re-mortgage to pay more to them, nothing was ever mentioned 5-6years ago. I pay £120 a month and some of my debts get 33p a month some are not receiving anything, where does all my money go? When I took out this plan I was told that they would look after me, this I feel you should take very loosely as information. they don't care they only interested in the yearly income sheet which I don't think they look at as I told them months ago that I have not got any house or building insurance and they haven't bothered one bit about that I could loose my house. I was told when I took this plan out that they would do a PPI search which they have insisted to do at least three or four times, with guess what the same outcome every time. Then in September last year I got a phone call saying that I should now take a loan out to pay the rest of my debt plan which no one had ever told me about when I took this plan out. I am still not convinced I will be debt free in September 2017 or what they will try to do with my property. Anyone else coming to the end please let me know that it will be ok and I wont loose my home x

Here is the email I received from them. The deal they brokered me was that I must apply for all possibly benefits and hand 75% of it to the creditors This must be illegal Also the if I pay 100£/month for 5years (6000)-2400£ goes to the creditors and 3600 to this lot "Hi there This is the modifications attached by your creditors “The Debtor is to seek all available benefits and provide evidence to the Supervisor within 16 weeks of the Arrangement being approved. 75% of any funds received as a result of a successful application must be introduced into the Arrangement for the benefit of Creditors. Failure to comply with this will constitute a breach of the Arrangement”. Thanks" Stay away
