“I read these reviews and I feel as though I have been dealing with a different company. This product gave us the opportunity to take advantage of our garden without the need for planning which a conservatory would. A conservatory would also impact on our surroundings more which the glass from top to bottom doesn’t. It also gives a modern feel. I found the company to be honest straight from the start regarding the price and payment plans if required. I wasn’t pushed in fact I was the one doing the pushing as I really wanted an opportunity to use our garden in a unique way. They came back and addressed any issues and the fitters were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It’s so easy to complain these days and to try to get money back by destroying companies reputation with horrible reviews and maybe some of the negative reviews maybe genuine (it’s not easy parting with money when the job is finished - it would be lovely to have something for nothing) but I personally would recommend this company and a quality product. We live in a windy area and we have no issues with leaks etc.”

A lot went wrong with ours - the length of the installation, the quality of it, the fact they are not honest or diligent in communications and surveys, the price of the structure, etc. Stay away and keep your money as refunds are not easy!
Even if finished this is far from what it looks like in the pictures and marketing. A conservatory is a better value and the gaps will let insects/ wildlife in - not explained in the sales pitch. Doors are tricky to move and clean, you will have to replace this whole thing in few years even after spending thousands on it. The worst is that you are not dealing with people who are honest, just want a quick buck whatever you as a customer might have experienced! they keep deleting revies from their FB page and only publish the positive ones from Trustpilot... So they write those themselves? Sadly for you, can you control the internet and your unfortunate customers' views 24/7 Crocodiles!”

Also had to sit through a presentation first and listen to the same type of double glazing salesman. Lockdown might have got better of my faculties to deal with this shoddy company which asks for money before work is done. Should have read this online reviews first..Never too old to learn a lesson.
I only accepted their overpriced offer because they promised a tight timeline. Could not be more wrong! Months later the work is not done. ...Cowboy surveyor, shoddy pencil drawings which he will not be able to explain properly, and unreasonable commercial manager/ office person will make your life hell!
Absolute Con-Artists as another reviewer has stated. Coul not put it better. Nothing much about the installers themselves, though the office, sales and whoever runs this operation are not trustworthy at all.
They are not effective or concerned with the customer experience, especially unskilled when dealing with complaints. If an issue is raised, they just closed off and tried to deny any liability. You might need to record your conversations if you happen to deal with them - yet again - WHY? Do some more research... I have to look for another company to put this unfinished work right. It seems to have been going on for years - why do they not learn. I guess as long as there are fools parting with their money...”

They don't return deposits if you do a bit of research and change your mind, either: I've heard some real horror stories. My advice: avoid. There are many, far, far better both in quality and price.”

“Our garage door was fitted on Wednesday by Andy and Craig, who did an excellent job. They arrived at the arranged time, working efficiently throughout the morning to install the garage door. Everything was left clean and tidy and a full explanation of operating instructions and manual override given before they left. Would recommend this company, no pressure calls to purchase this garage door.”
