"It has taken over a year to finally get our veranda installed. We experienced problems throughout from vastly over promised delivery times, to measuring errors so it couldn\u2019t be fitted, installation issues, multiple leaks and bodged repairs that had to be re-done. It has taken 8 visits, innumerable emails and phone calls to finally get the thing completed. They have offered \u00a3350 compensation on an order costing over \u00a322k. We really wish we had never heard of Crocodile, please save yourself the stress."

"I read these reviews and I feel as though I have been dealing with a different company. This product gave us the opportunity to take advantage of our garden without the need for planning which a conservatory would. A conservatory would also impact on our surroundings more which the glass from top to bottom doesn\u2019t. It also gives a modern feel. I found the company to be honest straight from the start regarding the price and payment plans if required. I wasn\u2019t pushed in fact I was the one doing the pushing as I really wanted an opportunity to use our garden in a unique way. They came back and addressed any issues and the fitters were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It\u2019s so easy to complain these days and to try to get money back by destroying companies reputation with horrible reviews and maybe some of the negative reviews maybe genuine (it\u2019s not easy parting with money when the job is finished - it would be lovely to have something for nothing) but I personally would recommend this company and a quality product. We live in a windy area and we have no issues with leaks etc."
