“Wouldn’t recommend, ordered 3 tops on 20/03/20, after not receiving tops I checked the tracking number which had been wrongly assigned to my parcel as DPD said it’s been signed for but after phoning DPD it’s a different parcel at a different address and after writing serveral messages to which I got a response yesterday completely disregarding that I had already called DPD and it’s the wrong tracking number I have for my parcel . Laura proceeded to tell me to check with my neighbour? And safe places so they could then put forward a case for a missing parcel. The parcel is not missing? It’s the wrong tracking number assigned to the wrong parcel. At this point I just want a full refund as not only was it a gift that is now late ..the service you provide isn’t up to much either.”

“I enjoy shopping online with cruise but must say delivery cost £7.00 is ott, I also had to return one item due to being to big. Then have to pay posted to return £3.20.very disappointed and will make me think about further purchases. Regards MR William Richards”

“Ordered a pair of shoes on the 19th of March, order still says ready to ship and I still haven’t received them, when am I going to receive them haven’t had any update on them was starting to think somethings wrong. I wrote an email yesterday and got no reply aswell now I know the coronavirus could have something to do with delieverys and delays but I haven’t been notified can someone get back to me?”

“Ordered a pair of Boss trainers Photo on Cruise website was different to what I received. I paid for express delivery and returned them by registered post. No apology for Cruises error and no compensation for both postage charges”

“Not impressed at all. I've been since my order minus the tracksuit top. I have sent e-mails. Filled in the online form and had a chat online and still got nothing. Wont be shopping on the website again. Poor”

“So 2 hours after I placed my order cruise offered 20% off everything , I did email to ask if that there was anything they would do as it was the same day I’d placed the order. No response. As a regular customer in store when I’m in the Uk it’s disappointing. Also the current parcel I’m awaiting has been printed without the correct house number on it and I’m struggling to contact the courier”
