“Ordered Armani purse noted as Leather. Same product on another site noted as synthetic. Requested immediate cancellation on user account which does not function. Sent 6 E mails to request cancellation prior to shipping. Product arrived and as anticipated it is synthetic. No response to any E mails. International shipping has cost £20 + time wasted. Returning product and expect Cruise will do the right thing and compensate all shipping fees due to misdescription. They need to learn to respond to clients within a given timeframe. It’s now 10 days since original request with no phone number and they don’t answer E mails.”

“Next day delivery arrived at the same length of time as standard delivery because of a delay! Next day was essential due to the item being a birthday present - not happy at all and I only got refunded the extra money I paid for next day delivery rather than a courtesy of getting the full delivery for free. No courtesy is shown from cruise.”
