Next day delivery arrived at the same length of time as standard delivery because of a delay! Next day was essential due to the item being a birthday present - not happy at all and I only got refunded the extra money I paid for next day delivery rather than a courtesy of getting the full delivery for free. No courtesy is shown from cruise.

I paid for next day delivery and it came 4 days later I have since asked for my money back without any reply! I use cruise a lot but will have second thoughts from now on

Vert sceptical at first due to the Other reviews, but to my surprise the shipping went very smooth. Recieved my package Within a week, and I live in Sweden. Only reason this gets a 4 star is because the actual package I revieved was teared open, but no fault With the product.

Dear, Although it is item From the sales, İ at least expected to receive the item in a good covered packaging. I am truly disappointed the way I’ve received my order! Both the plastic packaging and the shirt were wrinkled upon receipt. Truly, would you be happy if you would receive your item in an unseen state? Not happy!

Goods arrived quickly, regrettably they all had to return which did cost another £6.50 to send back recorded on top of the £6.00 original delivery fee. Its a shame they don't do FOC in store delivery and returns, think about it its bringing customers back into store who might impulse buy when there.

Horrible service. Just the worst. I ordered some items a month ago and I still don’t have any updates about where my order is. I live in the us and I’m starting to think you guys are a scam after seeing all the bad reviews online. What a disappointment

when you are paying £200+ for T-shirts polo shirts you expect them to be folded properly not rolled up in a plastic bag and not even in the cruise bag you used to get them in

Part of my order was wrong but I am willing to keep wrong item sent, I emailed cruise customer service to say this and all I got in response was an email which I had already received previously saying order had been collected by courier. I think that this is poor and don't think I will use cruise again due to customer service and part of order being wrong

Bought a top for £285 pounds was told that DPD had picked it up now they say they haven’t contacted both of yous and no further forward apart from being out of pocket Cheers Thomas

They send me an item faulty, I paid the first delivery and I have to pay the second to send the item back. The customer care doesn’t answer at your calls or emails.

Good clothes, great choice Delivery costs not really acceptable, or in line with cost of product. Same charges for in store or home delivery and very expensive.
