I have returned my item. I found the service to be quite poor for a more premium retailer. Firstly I contacted customer services regarding my order and never received a reply. Secondly, Shen the item was received it arrived in a basically black bin liner! As I had to pay for my own postage I expected it to come in better packaging to protect the product and that could be recycled. Also very poor for a product that I paid over £200 for, high street retailers are much better. Also then the worst thing was that I had to pay for the item to be returned myself! I’ll never purchase from you again!

My online experience has been fine. Cruise in general is an example of a business that does the bare minimum in terms of customer experience e.g. no refunds for store bought goods (this is the only reason I bought something online, I had a credit note from returning something to store). This is what is killing the high street, why would anyone go to a store. Now I will go into Cruise or House of Fraser to browse or try things on but I will not buy from them (not even online). In times when corporate social responsibility, fair work practices and the like are more important than ever - M1ike Ashley epitomises the old school model of greed and seems to be rewarded for it. Aside from this, I would expect crappy service in a store like Sports Direct but in a luxury store (competitor to harrods, harvey nics, selfridges etc) the customer experience should be front and centre (particularly in store). Customers are paying for something special. Anyway, the upshot is that I would recommend that customers stay away from any of MA's businesses, you can find all of the products in other stores online, just shop around.

Quality products but postage way to high. When the cost of the goods are as expensive as they are postage should be free. Even over £100? Free returns should also be available like other companies offer

Appalling. Amateurish. Possessed of delusions of grandeur. Owned by that monster who owns JD sports and it shows. 700 quid coat delivered in a poly bag and no returns in store.

Never had a problem till bought clothes in boxing day sale,paid for next day delivery and still no clothes or correspondence from cruise,even though I have sent 4 emails,will not be using again.

I haven't received my order. I chose a collection point from the website, was advised it was available to collect then messaged by DPD it could not ne delivered to the collection point and it had been returned to Cruise at Nottingham. Nothing in between, despite the dpd tracking app. Ive emailed but received this review request only. Would like the item or a refund
