“I have not received my delivery I have emailed dpd and they have raised a signature dispute as it says my parcel was signed for when it clearly wasn’t, a reply would be appreciated thanks”

“Order two items one of which was in the sale, £6.99 for delivery. I then received an email the next day stating my second item was actually not available, to which I called immediately to cancel the rest of my order. No point me paying £6.99 to deliver a £60 shirt that’s over 10% I didn’t mind when completing a bigger order which including my sale item. After waiting half an hour on the line I was told I can’t cancel. Fantastic...you let me order something you didn’t have (your error) and then didn’t allow me to cancel after you can’t complete your sale.....what a way to scam postage”

“Guys I’ve an email from DPD saying my parcel was at a neighbours. We was in at the time though so find this odd. I’ve been to the neighbours and the surname given isn’t them. Also they have no parcel. This was Friday, I’ve emailed DPD with no reply as yet. Is there anything you can do to help ? DPD code 15501972113011”
