Paid for next day delivery which would have been the Friday but it arrived on the Monday. I contacted yourselves and the £10 was paid back.

Made an order for a Stone Island sweatshirt on Sunday. Confirmation email received straightaway, with a further email received early Monday morning stating that my parcel was picked and ready to ship. It’s now Friday and the parcel still hasn’t shipped. Paid £6.99 for delivery, due to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Called customer services on Thursday afternoon, they said the order had been picked and that it was waiting to be shipped but didn’t know what the delay was. They weren’t too worried and told me “it is what it is” and that I should receive my order sometime next week. Absolutely horrendous customer service. There are other companies online that offer next day delivery on the same brands and are reliable for delivery (and cheaper) and offer good customer service. Don’t think I would use Cruise again.

I was very happy with my Valentino clutch bag however it didn’t come in a Valentino gift box? Just a dust bag. Any bags I normally purchase come in a gift box. It’s good to store them in to keep them in good condition.

Delivery was quick, however I find the postage a bit expensive and also that if the item has to be returned it is also expensive

I love the clothes but the delivery time is far too long. In comparision to other online shops, this is by far the slowest delivery time - a week.

£6.99 for the delivery of a Tee Shirt which took 7 days is unacceptable. Most online companies can have the item delivered the following day or the day after. This expensive postal/delivery process is not efficient and would make me consider buying from Cruise again.

I ordered 3 items and was charged £171.99 for the 3 items. Yesterday I got just 2 items costing £143.99. I have contacted Cruise but nothing back yet. Poor service

Complained several times and had no response and still no sign of my parcel? Really angry with this as I was told it was left outside my house n when j got home it was nowhere to be seen.

I ordered a bag and 2 pairs of shoes. 1 shoe got cancelled and the bag was marked when I received. For a bag of that price I expected to receive in excellent condition especially as I got a birthday offer on it and decided to treat myself . Looked like it had been used with marks all over. I have had to send it back although waiting on confirmation or my return. Wish I had bought it from the stores rather than online.
