“Disappointing to have to pay for postage and returns. Poor presentation. Expensive items shoved in a plastic zip bag felt dusty and dirty. Order something from Selfridges and see how they do it. Challenging markets require more effort.”

“£190 shirt was in a torn open cellophane bag which was placed inside a plastic black pouch. Poor packaging overall and not how I would expect to receive an item of luxury clothing. Compared to other sites who take pride on how their items are delivered this was very poor. NB The Courier was great and this is through no fault of theirs.”

“I am normally impressed with the service you provide. However this time I had ordered a Polo and the size was too small to what i had ordered that i remember. I went to my local post office to send the item back and i have not received any kind of email or text to say anything. I would like to know where abouts my parcel is and how its gonna take to come. I am slightly disappointed this time around”
