“First time I have received a faulty item and the other was out of stock 4 days after I placed the order. No correspondence with customer services since 27 June. I want all postage refunded including £3.50 to post back faulty item. Very disappointed to say the l least.”

“Very happy with purchase, hadn't heard of Cruise before so wasn't sure about ordering but all turned out well. Arrived on time and as described. Sliders were also well priced and made a happy wife! Would recommend”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SO BAD AND UNPROFFESSIONAL!! I RECEIVED YET AGAIN ANOTHER ITEM OF CLOTHING THAT HAD A TAG STILL ATTAHCED AND COULD NOT WEAR IT. WHNE I COMPALAINED, THE WOMAN AT CUSOMER SERIVE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED!! NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“Wouldn’t normally give 5 out of 5 due to the delivery charge but ordered on the weekend and had the goods by Tuesday -really fast delivery so was worth it and items good quality and well packaged so wouldn’t hesitate to order again”

“My first time ordering from cruise and it will certainly never be my last, I ordered just before the early hours of Sunday morning and received it at 11am Monday morning. The checkout was so easy and didn’t make everything a struggle unlike other leading websites. Cruise have the most stock and best sales, don’t look any further.”
