“Very easy to order and submit my purchase as well as paying for it. But I’ve yet to receive my parcel or delivery times or email to confirm which delivery company will have the parcel & no time or date specified for delivery even tho it says 3/5 working days and this is now the 6th working day this was ordered last Wednesday would like day to day updates/emails on the whereabouts of my parcel. Other than that all has been a good experience. Thanks”

“Awful service from online store. Paid for next day delivery and kept being delayed so in the end the product didn’t arrive. Misleading to offer and charge for a service you can’t provide. Asked for my complaint to be escalated but again not actioned very disappointed”

“I paid extra money for next day delivery, but my item didn’t come on time, and the items that I bought for birthday, in order to make it work, I need go to pick it by myself , and I spent extra £46 for taxis.”

“Unhappy with the delivery service. Ordered 4 items on the Sunday and expected all to have arrived by Thursday as went on holiday on the Friday. 1 t shirt came on Wednesday and the other 3 items never arrived till the Friday so did not receive in time. Didn’t think this was acceptable especially after paying £7 delivery for 3-5 working days and not getting any option for next day delivery.”

“Although the item was not dispatched for a few days it still managed to get delivered on time. Pretty amazing. The item was very well packaged, still in the Gucci box and was wrapped in bubble wrap. All round very good service, would definitely order again.”

“Parcel lost in Pdp van . No one contacted me I had to contact them also got an email telling me it was to be delivered on the 18 th when it wasn’t even coming . You can check my records have have literally spent thousands in my account but considering going elsewhere now”

“Good service. And love my item. But my item came with black marks on the cuffs and bottom of shirt. Looked like it had been dropped on a dusty floor. No photo as had to wash it as you couldnt have worn it without . Shame!”
