“The only reason it’s a 3 for me is that the Dsqaured 2 hoodie I bought had cracks in the jumper and i didn’t notice when I bought. I couldn’t return as I live far away and I bought it in store”

“Great experiences in store. First time but online and will never do so again. Ordered shoes for an event so choose next day delivery so i would have them in time. Got my delivery slot arranged to be in to recieve, however i did not recieve my delivery and got a "sorry you we missed you email" with a picture of the wrong house!! Contacted the deliver service to explain and was told that i would need to wait till the next day for my delivery as i had not been in and they couldnt get the driver to return. So didnt have the item for when i needed it and wasted over an hour waiting in for a delivery that never came. So waste of money for next day”
