“I ordered on 17/5/20. The dpd delivery driver left the parcel at my bins in full view of everyone and it was took. We’re now on 18/6/20 and still no correspondence from cruise or refund. Despicable customer service levels!!!!!!”

“Ordered shoes for my boyfriends birthday. They came looking like they had been worn. However, customer services were amazing in resolving the issue very efficiently. Organised free pick up of the faulty item and sent out a replacement ASAP. Ordered from cruise before and never had a problem before so understandably mistakes happen but amazing customer service from Laura.”

“I ordered a pink stoneisland jumper twice now and both occasions I was refunded the next day as it wAsnt in stock, I only reordered it again as I presumed weeks later it was now back in stock , why are you advertising stock you aren’t holding in your warehouse,”

“Postage is expensive. Similar sites charge less and offer free returns. I find that disappointing and it puts me off using the site.”

“Quick delivery. Item purchased arrived slightly damaged. However customer services responded very quickly and all actions taken to resolve the issue almost immediately. Ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday and issue resolved Thursday. Fantastic customer service.”

“2 x items ordered. Had to send one back due to it being too large. £7.25 to send back a return that isn’t my fault. When you change your return policy I will myself return. Until then I will shop with retailers who offer a free return service.”

“I was very disappointed that when I returned the Gucci bag together with DSquared joggers ( next day tracked which cost me £11) cruise exchanged the joggers as requested however never received the Gucci bag ! Not able to talk to a person I communicated exchanging emails . A case was opened and they still said the Gucci bag was not sent ! I just don’t understand this ! I asked them to do a stock check ( still on going) I requested a size down on a Bal t shirt which I sent in a separate parcel to my disappointment It was refunded ( can’t seem to re- order with the original 20% off ) I have used this site many times with no problems . This resent order was a larger than usual may be it’s the staffing with the COVID-19. But I’m at a loss of £550 plus no Bal t shirt .”
