“Ordered a pair of Balenciaga's which didn't fit. To return there is no free post. The cost of return due to value of item is £27. I will not use cruise for further purchases due to the uncertainty on sizes and lack of free returns. Poor in this digital purchasing day and age in my opinion.”

“I received a different pair of trainers to the ones pictured on the website. I have sent an email about this but have had no reply. I am not able to wear these trainers with the trousers I had originally bought them for but they are nice enough for me to want to keep them. On the website it states that a £ 20 discount is available on further items purchased if an excess of £200 is spent. It is unclear how the voucher is obtained. I need to make a further purchase for trainers that will go with the trousers and have seen some on the website, this would be an incentive. Fast delivery was a plus.”

“Haven’t bought anything from your company for ages due to poor or absolutely no customer service and lack of service from your staff in stores. I actually went into Glasgow cruise to buy this purchase at full price and due to lack of help and anyone actually being bothered to serve or assist anyone. I didn’t. Your online service was quick and easy to use. I Would possibly consider shopping again with you this way as I feel I’ve had as much interaction if not more with this service.”

“In my opinion the only thing that lets cruise down is the delivery costs. I spend thousands of pounds every year buying from cruise and get no discount or benefits from being loyal to them.”
