“I have wrote an email to your customer services team and have recieved no reply. This is querying a £200 jumper that I have not recieved but yous have taken the money out of my bank. I'm keen to get a reply, understandably.”

“Great service as always I have been shopping with cruise online for over 5 years - recently changed my email address so had to set up a new account. I was particularly impressed with how you dealt with a faulty item my wife bought for me. The item was received and money refunded in a matter of days - excellent service and some great bargins - keep up the superb work😊”
